We are your hometown bakery proud to offer a variety of desserts everyday including cakes, pies, cupcakes, cake pops, brownies, cheesecake slices, and more. Order custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, you name it! We also offer full service catering for any event. We even have a small event venue on site on our top floor. If you aren’t looking for food or a place to hold your event we also have a small general store area on our main floor. Can’t wait to see you here!

Went twice for a white cake for our pregnancy announcement cake was delicious got a butter pecan cake it was alittle dense not as moist but the flavor was spot on! The hospitality of this bakery wasnt fully there, just greeting someone when they walk in would make it less awkward. The first lady I spoke to was nice, the second lady I spoke to was older and kinda rude she made me feel like I had to take my business elsewhere but it still gave them a chance.

Definitely find your sweet tooth here! Lovely shop with so much treats to offer! Recommended, yet when we entered today about 3pish, 2 employees walked in front of us & no hospitality or friendliness, as if we were invisible….so we took our money elsewhere in town.

This place was amazing to work with! My little sister got married and as a surprise I handled her cake. Went in and talked with the friendly staff and showed them some pictures and designs we liked. We ordered samples with their cupcakes and tried around 12-16 flavors with filling. Even with Covid they went beyond our expectations. Everyone at the wedding complimented that it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had! It was 2 layers of pumpkin with cream cheese and the other 2 layers were vanilla with blueberry filling. Delivery was perfectly on time and I can’t say enough about them. We are definitely going back for birthday cakes and more in the future!!

I can’t say enough good things about The Galax Cakery! I ordered a retirement cake and it was perfect! Beautifully decorated and delicious.
