As much as my hubby and I enjoyed the food, we enjoyed the charismatic, calming and peaceful presence of Susana. She was attentive, sharp and and an absolute joy to have. We got the mimosa brunch which is a whole bottle and two juices for $19.99, the hangover hash, the Nashville hot tenders with a waffle and an entree of a pancake. Of course everything was amazing and the music was at a perfect volume so we could chat.
All the staff I’m sure is amazing as they gave smiles and head nods the entire time we visited but for sure Susana’s star is so bright. ✨⭐️

I had the Smoked Salmon Scramble and found it a worthwhile choice, the “Moondusted Potatoes” were more like what I would consider a “sample” and not a “serving”.
Good service and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
I was there during a slack traffic time, and the place wasn’t crowded at all.
Overall a viable option, but not the best value.
Great staff.
Good quality food.
Portions in the mid range.
Very clean restrooms.
2 (two) restrooms (not gender specific).

It was our first time here and we felt very welcomed by Victoria and see was helpful with the menu.. friendly and checked on us regularly…we got waters and I had a bloody Mary.. it was a little weak compared to others I’ve had at other places. My dining partner decided on the Piedmont omelet with the biscuit and potatoes and I had what I think they called the Freebird Benedict. With the potato and chicken sausage gravy. We were both happy with our meal. But I did think the chicken on my plate was sparse.. it looked like 1 chicken tender made into 2.. so that was the only thing disappointing about the food. I was surprised at the restrooms to be honest..2 SHARED restrooms with 1 toilet each and no urinals. I’m not a fan of that .. there was a wait to use it and caused several trips from the table to try to get in one. It’s also surprising that the sign outside is so very tiny.

Enjoyed a late breakfast/ brunch on a Monday about 11 am.
Chicken & Waffles good.
Breakfast Scramble type dish; potatoes, chicken sausage, chorizo, fried eggs, biscuit; unique flavors & tasty; large portion.
Our server Susana was very informative on the menu items which was great because we were first timers here.
We will return again soon to try other unique menu items.

We enjoy coming to The Flying Biscuit. The food comes out fast and hot. Coffee is always good and tastes fresh. We have always experienced great service. Very friendly staff who seem to care about your experience. Our waitress on this last visit was Veronica and she was great! She gave me some birthday donut holes to help make my day special!

Susana was perfect!!! Great food. Tasted awesome. Fresh hot coffee, which actually had a great coffee flavor.
Had Freebird Benedict. Omg!!! Perfect flavor. Eggs done just as ordered. Grits were creamy, and had a flavor that I loved. No extra salt, sugar, spices were needed.
Husband had flying biscuit. Biscuit was wonderful fluffy, and so light. They could fly!!! lol Chicken sausage with sage. Perfect. Hot food. Hot coffee.
Oh don’t forget the little doughnuts. Yum. The sauce with the doughnuts were very good.
Coffee sit at bar is decorated so nicely. Whole restaurant ( cafe) is so cute.
5 stars for sure!!!

Me and my mom type had a great outing here! Neither of us had heard of the flying biscuit so we wanted to stop in and give it a try. It definitely exceeded expectations! We had different meals that were both equally delicious! I got lunch and then she got breakfast. I had the shrimp wrap and she had the stuffed French toast. The only thing I could complain about is that the stuffed French toast was more of a sandwiched French toast, the cream is sandwiched between two slices of French toast, not stuffed inside of a piece of French toast. Very delicious regardless! Very cute and well decorated interior.

We love this place!! The servers are always so accommodating and nice. Veronica was amazing and so sweet. I also love that no one “bothers” you and just lets you enjoy your meal. Our food came out within 7 minutes on a semi-busy Saturday morning at 8:30am. Highly recommend the Dirty Bird!!!

This was our first time visiting here. The staff were super friendly and offered suggested menu items we should try. The eggs benedict i got were a bit overcooked, but the chicken sausage gravy was amazing! Really, everything we ate was wonderful and we will definitely be returning!!

Had a wonderful experience with our server Susana! She was attentive, kind, and very helpful!
Food came out fast and most of it was delicious. My eggs were a little chewy and tasted off but otherwise my meal good.
My friend enjoyed her meal overall.
Cost for two meals and coffee was 33.00
Kind of pricey for what you get but nice spot for a cute brunch outing.
