My first time here and I will be back. Sophie my waitress was amazing and helpful. I got the stuffed French toast so so good, with a cappuccino added Carmel and you can’t come to this place without getting a biscuit very good. Plenty of more food options I’m willing to try the next visit. Lol I digged in before taking picture as you can see

My grandma and I came to The Flying Biscuit for breakfast to try it for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best.
We were seated right away, but it took quite a while before anyone came over to serve us, around 10 minutes or more. It wasn’t a big deal to us since we had time to chat and were waiting patiently. We had lots of time to kill. Eventually, a waitress came over on her own and kindly offered to get our drinks while we waited. Right after she left, our actual waiter came up and asked what we wanted to drink. We politely explained that another waitress had just taken our drink order.
His response, however, completely caught us off guard. He said, rather snarkily, “I know, you didn’t wait, already complained, and had someone else come over and take your order.” That was completely uncalled for. I immediately told him that she came up to us on her own — we never flagged her down or complained at all. We weren’t upset about the wait, but his attitude really changed the tone of the visit.
After that, he wasn’t very attentive. He only came by once to ask how everything was and never offered refills. It felt like he was upset from the start over a misunderstanding.
On a positive note, the food was actually really good! I had the stuffed French toast and potatoes — both were outstanding. My grandma had the breakfast plate with eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a biscuit. The only issue was that the sausage wasn’t fully cooked. Normally, we would’ve mentioned it, but after our earlier interaction, we didn’t feel comfortable bringing it up to him.
I do want to recognize the sweet waitress who came to us initially — she went above and beyond, even clearing our plates and letting him know we were ready for the check. She was wonderful and deserves appreciation.
Overall, the food was delicious, but the service unfortunately brought down the experience. Hopefully, management can address this so future guests have a better experience.

Crystal was working the bar this morning when I stopped in for a coffee and breakfast to go! She was so kind and gave GREAT food suggestions. Please give this lady a raise.

I ordered the High Flyer, turkey bacon, eggs over medium, subbed the pancake for the Mardi Gras pancake (banana, cinnamon and sprinkled in sugar) and add some potatoes (ifyky). I also had a vanilla latte. I come to the Flying Biscuit for their grits, period. I suggest you do too!!

Enjoy!

Victoria was wonderful in assisting us in ordering with a new allergy in our family. We felt welcomed and comfortable during our outing and will be returning to this establishment as a safe space for us to have more whole morning meals. Atmosphere is wonderful and the kids menus come with crayons and plenty of options.

Ansley was our server and did an outstanding job. She answered many questions about the meals and portions for my family. The location is very chill and such a great vibe. You can eat inside or outside. I ordered the peach waffle and was blown away with the taste. Such a great time and meal. We will be coming again.

I was very close to leaving a 5-star review until my interaction with the manager, Lindsey, took a negative turn. I politely mentioned that I had not yet received my orange juice, and I felt that her response was less than courteous. Her body language, including an a head shaking, gave the impression of frustration. While I understand that everyone has difficult days, I believe it’s important for staff to maintain professionalism and respect toward customers, regardless of personal circumstances. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for future patrons. With her attitude I don’t believe I will be back.

Took a business trip to this area for the week and got tired of the hotel breakfast so we needed to try something else. Found this place after doing a quick search.

Came here around 9am on a Saturday morning. Busy crowd but plenty of seating available. Quick service. After perusing the menu for a bit I had a great feeling about this place. Lots of great options to choose from. It was actually difficult to decide. I ended up going with the egg-stravaganza, scrambled, home fries instead of grits. This was just the kind of breakfast I needed. Everything was great. The biscuit of the softest and fluffiest biscuit I think I’ve ever had. Loved the chicken sausage patty and the French toast with the sauces was delicious.

Fast friendly service with a great variety of breakfast treats. Come hungry and leave satisfied, just like I did.

My husband and I had a great time! We both tried the Three Amigos Tacos, and we were not disappointed! Also, the grits here are my favorite of all time. We had excellent service from our waiter as well. All around the perfect breakfast!
