Possibly the slowest drive through in existence. Unbelievable. Honestly, why even be open at night if this is the experience you are going to give people stopping by? It shouldn’t take thirty minutes to process a car. Never going back here again. I advise avoiding at all costs. You could raise a calf yourself at home and grow your own vegetables from a seed packet and get a burger from stratch faster than this JntB will get you one.

The dine in is open early 6am and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Ordered 2 Teriyaki bowl without sauce and its great. Other locations not helpful at all.

Went through the drive thru about midnight for some tacos and cheese sticks. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! The young woman that gave us our food was friendly with a smile and offered us a cup of ice with our bottled water. Napkins, sauces, and everything in the bag without having to ask. This location is killin’ it!

I usually have no issue at this location until recently. There is an older lady at the drive thru window during lunch time and she always has an attitude and always forgets to give me part of my order. Today it was my drink and fries that she forgot to give me other times it’s been a burger or fries. I’ll definitely start going to another location from now on.

Ordered through door dash, only reason service has a 5. The tacos had so much lettuce to hid the fact that they didn’t add hardly any “meat” to all my tacos. This was also my order of spicy bites.

they all have very bad attitudes and whenever i go and get food they always get something wrong i ordered a hot chicken sandwich and they gave me chicken strips and my man got a chicken sandwich too with a large fries and they gave him a small and they all have very bad customer service.

I was in the drive thru. I could smell the cleaning bleach from the drive thru window. That bleach smell was transferred to my drink cup from someone’s hands when it was passed to me in my car. Obviously they’re not wearing gloves between cleaning and touching food. I would stay away.

Overall, it’s a good pick for a quick bite. They lack general respect. If you don’t tell them to ease up on the ice. It’ll be 85% ice 10% drink 5% air. Like they rationing on a shortage. Like seriously? I saw you throw away a perfectly good soda because we wanted less ice….but That’s just me. If people like that much ice. By All Means

I did go with my partner and we were using the self order since nobody was there to be able to order to. When it was the time to pay there was a problem with the connection of the tablet and the payment terminal. We did try it two times and we did even cancel the order and do it again but it was still not working. I then saw two employees and I tried to call them a few times but they were not answering, when they did finally get that I was calling them, the manager, or at least it did look like, just said hello and did not even bothered listening to what I was saying. After this I did try to get another employee to listen to me and he just said that he doesn’t know how to fix it, that the other worker that was there, previously not wanted to listen to me, was the only one to know how to fix it. After waiting for a few minutes this worker did not even care to look or ask what was the problem. After waiting a little bit more we decided to go to eat to another place.
