The food is ok, basic breakfast. I found their biscuit oily and crumbly. The potatoes are pre-made and cooked unevenly.
My server Asia B was excellent. She is very friendly and professional!!! She checked on me often.
The atmosphere is chain diner, but nice and colorful.
On a hood note, my over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly. I appreciate that they have spicy serrano peppers to add to my meal.

We go to Flying Biscuit about once per week. The service is always outstanding. The last time we were in, we had Asia. She always speaks to us whether we’re in her section or not. She always remembers the items we normally order and reminds us if we forget something. Way to go Asia on making a customer feel special.

I had an amazing experience at The Flying Biscuit Café in Alpharetta! The staff was super friendly and attentive — they made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely incredible! The biscuits truly live up to the hype: fluffy, buttery, and served with that famous cranberry apple butter that I could eat by the spoonful. I ordered the Hangover Hash and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve had perfectly seasoned, rich, and comforting. The Chicken Sausage Breakfast Burrito was also packed with flavor and so filling. Their menu has something for everyone, whether you’re craving a hearty Southern breakfast or a light, fresh option. Everything tasted homemade with a special touch, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. If you’re in the Alpharetta area and love breakfast served all day with a fun, laid-back atmosphere, The Flying Biscuit is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was in town for Father’s Day and met up with old college friends at this stylish Atlanta gem. The food? Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the “Dirty Bird”—crispy chicken tenders and fluffy scrambled eggs on a perfectly cooked waffle, all smothered in rich, chunky chicken gravy. I also added one of their signature flying biscuits, served with a delicious cranberry apple butter that stole the show.
My daughter had the steak and eggs and loved every bite.
The only downside was a leaky roof that dripped near our table, but the friendly staff quickly made up for it with several $5 coupons for a future visit—great customer service!
The Flying Biscuit is a true Atlanta original and a must-visit for anyone craving comfort food with a creative twist.

It was a little cold in the building, but our server keep everyone happy at the same time. She literally juggled all of the requests and had great interaction with everyone. I can’t tell you the wait time because I was entertained and impressed. Her name is Asia. I think she’s in management, but she clearly doesn’t sit. She makes sure things are going smooth. I’ll be back. Had fun, left full.
