I ordered a grilled cheese toastie and shared some pistachio waffle bites with my friends. The toastie was simple and good, but not super flavourful, I added some pepper and salt and I liked it better. It would have been awesome with some spicy sauce. It was toasted well. The big surprise were the waffle bites: delicious and fluffy, not too sweet despite the pistachio and white chocolate sauce! I highly reccommend them!
My friend ordered the mushroom crêpes and I was also pleasantly surprised by their full flavour!

The Fleur Cafe in Williston, ND has honestly become one of my favorite spots in town. Every time I walk in the staff greets me like they actually care not just the usual “hi” and move on They’re super patient they check in without hovering and they always make sure everything tastes good or offer suggestions if I’m stuck between options. You can tell they enjoy what they do and that vibe really shows in how they treat their customers.The food is just as good as the service Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and full of flavor, and it always comes out looking amazing. Their coffee is consistently great, and the breakfast and pastries hit the spot every time. It’s the kind of place where you finish your meal and immediately think about what you want to try next time. The Fleur Cafe really feels like a cozy, well-run local spot and you can tell they put a lot of heart into it.

The Fleur is the BEST local coffee shop in Williston! The espresso drinks are my favorite, but the variety of drinks and menu items make me want to try everything. I always get something delicious from their food menu also. This place is my favorite spot to relax, have a great drink, a snack, and meet up with friends. Daily coffee spot for sure. Also plenty of street parking and public parking behind the shop.

I went to the cafe a few days ago and I was looking at the reviews before hand to see what else I could try that I haven’t and what else other people have recommended and I saw this review in particular that was talking about the staff which I found a little confusing as everytime I have went to the cafe and even the newest spot the fleur corner I have never once experienced anything of that sort especially from the “Hispanic/middle eastern” she seems to be the one who cares even more then she really needs to I’ve never had a single interaction where she is “rude” not even when she worked at her family’s other business (Don Pedro) even my kids love her she always gives them extra sprinkles I just find that very rude for the person who posted that as I find nothing of that true as someone who has known her years that does not sound like her at all and assuming she “might not enjoy her job” is just disrespectful as she is always at all her job early and stays until they close she never has a attitude and always has a smile on her face. The rest of the staff have always been nice and never rude they even go beyond sometimes and ask how I’ve been and how I’m doing and now that may not seem as beyond but compared to other cafes it is and that shows a lot.
But I would recommend the Pistachio latte one of my favorites and always taste the same the best latte in all of the Williston.

Food is spectacular! When I have a bad day, I look forward to go here to try something new and it’s always delicious and the right temperature! Some feedback I would give is to please ask us if we have rewards; the owners are the only ones who ask whereas the employees never do and I have to proactively ask to get my points or discount. Also, the younger employee that seems to be Hispanic/middle eastern is unfortunately rude but I try for that to not affect my day as she might just not enjoy her job, so I would recommend her not work directly with the guests as others have stated similar scenarios with her. However; place deserves a 5 because the food is incredible, place is CLEAN, atmosphere is beautifully appealing and the owners are just so awesome!

This was the first time I’ve been in the café and it was a really good experience. The service was great, they were very polite and professional, I didn’t have to wait very long at all to receive my order. The atmosphere was very nice, there’s some cool decor and furnishings, the food was pretty darn good, the coffee is really good.. all in all yeah 5 stars for sure.
