Ordered a large Vietnamese coffee, a croissant and a cinnamon bagel w honey walnut cream cheese. I never leave a bad review unless it deserves one lol but the coffee tasted like watered down gas station coffee, the bagel was so doughy and unflavored (I’ve never tasted a bagel like that before) and the croissant tasted like a dense burger bun (not even close to the flavor of a croissant). Not to mention, everything was overpriced. This was soooo disappointing!

A ton of bagel sandwich combos and drinks – their menu is actually quite large. My son said “why is it so quiet in here?” On a Sunday morning at 8:45 AM and I found that quite telling of the shop given our experience. The shop owners were SO rude and literally asked my kids to hurry up (as if there were people waiting behind us??) Kids enjoyed their bagel but I asked for mine toasted and it was burnt. Would not return.

The customer service was excellent. I got the pastrami club with no tomato on a jalapeno cheese bagel and my partner got a BLT on a sesame bagel. Both of them were so delicious! We were looking for a quick bit while driving to Hollister. This place is quick friendly and they have delicious bagels. Parking is free and there is a parking garage close as well. Thanks for the awesome meal!

Nobody talks about plan C. It’s probably because you don’t really need one. If both plan A and plan B don’t work, is plan C even worth doing? My plan C is probably just doing whatever I was doing before I thought of plan A and B. I guess a better plan C would be to think of a new plan A and B because the first ones didn’t work out. I’m assuming that’s why they only have majors and minors in college. It’d be weird if colleges had a major (plan A), a minor (plan B), and a mini (plan C). Then people would have to spend a majority of their time working on their major and a minuscule amount of time working on their mini. There’s a reason colleges don’t have minis, they don’t want students wasting their time on that. So after I left college, I felt that I should only have two plans, an A and B. Main Street Bagels was able to change my outlook on plan C. It’s a great bagel shop, but I usually give more attention to other bagel shops in Morgan Hill. Daily Bagel will always be my plan A and Donuts and Things is my plan B, but what happens when my plans don’t go according to plan? It’s not like I’m just not going to eat bagels that day. One day Daily Bagels was closed and I didn’t have any cash on me for Donuts & Things. Luckily, Main Street Bagels came to the rescue and showed me the value of having a plan C.

The woman behind the counter was irritated with my daughter and I before we even ordered. Because she wanted to finish eating her lunch. I ordered a latte that was listed as $4.99. And she charged me $7.50. And when I asked her why she pointed at a bunch of things on the menu that had no reference and it no sense. I ordered a latte and got a scalding hot coffee. I believe in supporting small businesses and honest charges. Blessings
