Visited the Flat Drum today at Eno River brewing! Had lemon pepper, wings, and mac & cheese! Absolutely delicious! It did not take long And they were very, very nice!

It’s good, but extremely expensive. Four piece chicken with no fries is $13. The fries were an additional $8. Basically $22 for a kids meal. Would not do it again. Taste was good, but not for that price. This was $35.

Okay as someone who orders wings and Nachos at every establishment that serves them- I’m ridiculously impressed by these wings in particular. Wasn’t sure if a 6pc would be filling enough, but man was I wrong- super juicy wings AMAZING flavor and crunch with every bite.
You know how wings come with dipping sauces? Usually I’m all about the blue cheese, but these wings are so delicious and flavorful that dipping sauces just detract from that. These have to be some of my favorite wings and waffle fries, everything about them was a massive hit. Taste, presentation, texture and to top it all, very personable staff running the truck.
Shout-out to Harvey for being awesome! If you see them rolling around, make this a stop- you definitely will not regret it!

I consider myself a wing snob/aficionado and I have been wanting to try this food truck for some time as it is frequently near my house at Vicious Fishes in Apex. The best wings that I have ever had are at a restaurant in Tuscaloosa, AL….UNTIL NOW! These wings are the way they should be made. Real buffalo sauce has butter in it but many places don’t put it in there because butter is expensive. They spare no expense. They aren’t the cheapest wings in town but you get what you pay for and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you flat drum for bringing a legit wing to the triangle!

So glad we chose this place at red corners! The food was so good. I had the garlic Parmesan boneless wings and the boyfriend had the og hot buffalo with sweet potato fries! We love wings and this place definitely is on my top best places!!! Also the staff is very kind and very helpful!

Nicest food truck food I’ve had in ages! The mac and cheese bowl with chicken tenders and honey bbq was incredible. Perfectly cooked chicken and the mac and cheese felt like it genuinely was made from scratch. Lovely people and I look forward to supporting them in future.
