Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

The person working is ready to end every social interaction and goes right back to his phone. Ignored 2 phone calls and the food is just okay but absolutely none of that is worth a $13 bowl of rice and reheated chicken.

Maaan it was first time eating in there, Chicken was trash couldn’t even eat it, literally two spoons then trash it, Gentleman offered a refund like he don’t care! and I refused it although it’s not about 10 bucks, I was just wanted to have a nice meal in my break from work.

I haven’t been to Flame Broiler in about 3 years. I was pleasantly exactly the same as I remembered it. At this location service is great. It only took about 3 minutes to fulfill my order. And the facility was very clean and efficiently spaced out.

We come to this place for regular takeout, my kids love it and it’s fairly healthy. The service at this place has however gone downhill, or more accurately off a cliff.
The restaurant is not as clean as it used to be and they refused to take a Mobile Entertainment Book coupon, which they had always accepted, and the chain actually participates in with all their restaurants.
They recently had a change of personnel, and both the front of the house service (cash register) as well as the back (the cooking) have become worse. The meat is more gritty, the rice is overcooked.
We hope the owner turns this around, but for now we’ll avoid this place and go to a different location, because we do love the concept, just not this location anymore.

Come get your meat, veg and rice on!! A great place to fill up before or after a movie at the local fancy movie house. I like the Works bowl option and go for onions with brown rice. If you’re a no onions person they’ll do that too. Now don’t forget the sauce! Magic sauce and hot sauce too, way heavy on the corn syrup probably. But that potato was healthy before you coated it in butter? Right? Right? Standard sugar fountain of Coke products with a fridge next to it of some energy drinks if you want slightly healthier sugar. Restroom single, down far right wall in back. Sometimes this location has a TV with some sports on it if you like that and you’re dining there. Otherwise there are a few outside tables too. More seating than other Flame Broilers I’ve been to in the past.

I come in its 8 o’clock few people in and the guy at the counter will not stop whistling even though I asked nicely to stop. And two other guys came in right after me talked a little Spanish to him and they ordered the same thing as me but there price was 2 dollars lower then mine. Will never come here again and hope you won’t either

Good service and great tasting food. I gave it 4/5 only because they have got my order wrong before, but it was because the employee taking my order was distracted. Would still recommend, it’s a healthy meal choice.

This place has horrible customer service. I walked in and the employee behind the counter was texting on his phone and didn’t acknowledge me for about a minute after I was standing in front of him waiting. And they are extremely cheap with their sauce when you ask for extra. My order was to go and he didn’t place napkins or utensils in my bag. The food was horrible also…chicken was dry and rice was too soggy.
What a horrible experience!
