For those of you who have wandered around that pavilion wondering which truck to try out, you’re not alone. I had passed by this truck several times and but didn’t feel like I was in the mood for a burger. Well today I was and The Fix did not disappoint. I got the hellapeño burger and the hubs got the bbq burger. Both were delightful! I added their huckleberry bbq sauce to mine so I could have some sweet and spicy. I love that there are crispy onions and that their grilled jalepenos are fresh! The fries are also super crispy and delightful. I’m pretty sure they make all their own sauces and aiolis. I didn’t ask but they tasted made in-house. The smash burger patty itself was a perfect blend of crisp and juicy and tied the whole experience together for me. Will DEFINITELY be going back! Excited to try other things in their menu in the future!

As SOON as my buzzer went off I ran to the truck to pick up my food. I went inside and immediately started to chow down. Only to find semi warm burgers and cold fries. I was really disappointed with the quality of food especially for the price I paid. However, even with the garlic fries being cold, they still had amazing flavor. I want to try this again to give it a fair review so I will update again! The dipping sauces were amazing! Definitely try their Huckleberry BBQ!!!!

The hamburger was absolutely delicious cooked fresh with fresh meat the buns are like some type of potato bread super delicious. They had a variety of fries that were amazing. And it’s in a place where they have a bunch of food trucks so you have a lot of food to choose from but this place is so delicious and they even have tables to go eat your food at. Perfect for the whole family.

The idea of the Smash Fries is wonderful. But the fact that we had to wait 15 minutes for them and then they were stone cold was definitely a turn off. The slices of cheese weren’t melted, the fries were old. The only nice thing was the bacon and the sauce. I might be willing again, but not anytime soon.

Fantastic smash burgers and fries. We got the Northwest BBQ smashburger with a side of regular fries and some of their fry sauce. I was wary because I’m not a super big fan of huckleberry, but it works so well for their sweet BBQ sauce for this burger. Both the fries and burger were perfectly crispy. The fry sauce is pretty good, a little mustard forward but perfect for those crispy fries. It is a little pricey for one burger, but my partner and I shared 1 together and it is fairly filling. Will be coming back.

Best smash burger in the area. Quality meat, generous portions, fantastic fries at a very reasonable price. All of that is enough for 5 stars, but the wonderful and friendly staff are why I’m writing the review. They deserve recognition in a competitive burger market and I selfishly want them to keep rocking so I have an amazing burger spot.

Hands down the best smash burger experience I’ve ever had, courtesy of The Fixx food truck!
I had the Southwest Smash and it had an excellent balance of the chipotle flavor I love without completely overwhelming the burger. They hook you up with a mountain of fries and their house made ranch and fry sauce are absolutely smashing.
If you’re a burger aficionado like me, do yourself a favor and seek out The Fixx food truck. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Best burger I’ve had all year! Lettuce so crisp and burger piping hot on a fresh bun. Fries were deliciously seasoned and fry sauce equally tasty. A perfect pairing! Served quickly by a friendly young man whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. Highly recommend stopping by this place!
