Excellent fish and chips! Recommended by another restaurant for their fresh fish. Not batter dipped, just a thin seasoned panko coating, so it doesn’t fall off in a greasy lump when you bite it. Perfectly cooked and tender. The fries were seasoned nicely and the cocktail and tartar sauces were spot on. Best I’ve had in a couple of decades. And being that it was Friday, got all-you-can-eat for $2.00 more. Seven pieces of fish each! But not greasy or over-coated, so it wasn’t overly filling. Perfect.

Surprisingly found this place while visiting a friend in Bay City. It had lots of great stuff including smoked fish. You can have all sorts of fish and shell fish. They also have one of the best clam chowder I have tasted. You also can buy stuffed chilled yo drive home if you live in Portland area. Nearby really a very nice abandoned jetty and lots of beauty.

Highly recommended! I’m SO glad I drove the extra miles out of Tillamook to dine here. Great food and service, indoor and outdoor seating (dog friendly), and perfect view of the bay.

Fresh seafood, served hot, and large portions. We had fish/ chips and cioppino. Loved the fries (crispy outside, fluffy inside). The cioppino had large pieces of fish and seafood including a whole crab leg. The stew was very hot, perfectly seasoned, and hearty with lots of tomato, veggies. A big bowl of deliciousness!

I’ll dine here again when I visit Tillamook.

This place is a gem. Delicious food right on the water. We enjoyed fresh oysters, fish and chips, and clam chowder. The staff were so helpful and kind. The views were incredible. This will become a regular stop for us on roadtrips. They also had a great fish market!

Friendly staff and delicious seafood. We first stopped in on the hunt for Dungeness crabs and oysters, which was successful. Then we went back two days later to try the bread bowl clam chowder, which was also fantastic. This will be a regular spot for us when visiting the coast.

Came for the oysters but I’m still thinking about this clam chowder. It’s perfectly balanced flavor, loaded with tender clam chunks and served in a bread bowl so crispy and golden it felt like the bacon of bread. Seriously unforgettable.

The oysters were creamy, the beer on tap was crisp and refreshing, and the views? Breathtaking.

Did it get warm outside? Yes but they had plenty of cooler indoor seating. The staff were helpfil and seemed to enjoy being there. If you’re anywhere near this place, don’t miss it. That chowder alone is worth the trip.

Clam chowder was very nice and so was the shrimp and crab toastie (maybe lacking some flavour but you could tell the seafood was fresh). The chips were also really good as well as the fried oysters. Well priced and a good spot for seafood in the area

4.5 overall rating here. My boyfriend gave it a 5 because it’s the best Dungeness crab he’s had in his life, and I’m giving it a 4 because the fried clam strips and chips I got were okay. His enthusiasm about the crab makes me use the 5 star rating. He’s still beaming over it. The employees are pretty sweet and helpful. There’s a lot of stuff you can buy as souvenirs. Clean restroom. Would return. $70 total for two meals and one bottled drink. Plenty of free parking in lot.

I thought being right by the ocean would mean fresher oysters, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The restaurant closes at 8 PM, and when we arrived at 5 PM, we were told they’d already run out of fresh oysters. We ordered fried oysters instead, but they came out very dark in color, which made me think the frying oil should have been changed. Overall, I’d say don’t set your expectations too high—this is more of a quick, casual spot than a place for top-quality seafood.
