Old Florida special. 100% a local spot and you know the coastal locals know where to get the best fish. Had the house special and the chicken tenders. Everything was amazing. Perfectly breaded and cooked to perfection. These guys know what they are doing. My only complaint is there was no option for spicy breading. I will be back again and probably again.

Great food, everything fried. Only opened Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is always a line but it moves fast. Outside seating at picnic tables. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food, but it’s a seafood place and it was Friday during Lent. Picnic tables are shared and the time went quickly, talking to different people. We look forward to coming every year when we’re in Florida. I suggest coming during off times as the parking lot is small.

The food was amazing You have to wait for it but it was worth it. They are open only 3 days but the lady said that you can call and order if the line it’s longer than 40 minutes. Next time I have to try key lime pie and you can bring your own beer . Highly recommended if you are in the neighborhood

Great service, very friendly staff who are also informative! Ordered the hog fish sandwich and fish croquettes. The croquettes are these delicious fish cakes deep fried- wow! It was my favorite item that I ordered. Definitely recommend. The hog fish was a yummy sweet fish fried and placed on a sweet hamburger bun with a thin leaf of lettuce. Tartar sauce is a must , otherwise it can be a rather dry sandwich. I’ll be back- certainly a hidden gem.

We had a small issue with our order yesterday, but the way the owner handled it today was exceptional! They kindly corrected our meals (which included a missing catfish and an incorrect size) promptly and with great service. This restaurant has fantastic food and truly cares about its customers. My wife and I have rode past this establishment often and finally one day gave it a try. It consists of a small building with a large front canopy with large fans in the ceiling. There is an ample number of picnic tables under the canopy. There is no indoor seating therefore no AC. Despite that, you sit in the shade with a comfortable breeze from the overhead fans. You order at one of two walk up windows and they fresh cook your order that you take to your table. Their menu includes sandwiches and dinners of various local seafood. You pick your sides such as cornbread, coleslaw, soups etc. The serving size is very ample for the hungry person. There is grass parking on the lot adjacent to the site. Seafood is lightly fried and very good. Don’t be surprised if you see a crowd there. They also do what appeared to me a good takeout business as well.

Great rustic place with only outside dining. The grouper and shrimp dinner is amazing. My son devoured his kids shrimp meal, which came with a lot of large shrimp. The food is hot and fresh. We will be back!

The fish house is a wonderful place to get your grouper sandwich it is so delicious! Captains meal great love the fried shrimp scallops and clam strips. Baked beans are so good and coleslaw! Smoked mullet and the mullet spread yum! Can’t count how many times we’ve eaten there in 13 years lov. Love this place will be back soon! Highly Recommend this place

Great dive spot. Fried fish was crispy, fresh and top tier. Smoked Mahi Mahi dip was great and the peanut butter pie a sweet ending. Will be back.
