We tried this place for the first time on a Friday evening to try out the fish we hear so much about. The following Friday we ordered carry out. Absolutely delicious! Creamy coleslaw, not soggy or transparent cabbage. Amazing ranch. Fabulous tater tots. We just found our new favorite Friday dinner date place! 10/10

Monday and Thursday. The Bar tender is the best! She is up beat,energetic and definitely knows how to run that place. Staff is all great. Food is always on spot and fresh made. Thursday’s is burger night. (Yum) All week long they run fantastic dinner deals can not go wrong.

Hubby and I tried this place because he saw it on a Facebook post. It was a great choice.
We started out with delight bites, amazing! We had their 3 PC fish fry with fries and hubby the same but with tater tots.
All was really good. I loved that the owner went by all tables talking to everyone.
We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful. We had a large party of 22 people, the service was great and the food was served fast. The owner was also walking around chatting with tables and making sure everything was perfect. A very well ran restaurant.

Some of us got together for Sunday breakfast, and it was very good. This was my 1st time there, and we will definitely be going back. The mimosas are delicious! I had chicken and waffles, which were also scrumptious, and my boyfriend enjoyed his omelette as well. The staff was friendly, and we had great service.

Honestly, I come here quite regularly but tonight I am sitting here at the bar by myself and I’m kind of feeling cringe at the fact of the way the bartender is talking to customers. From what I’m gathering, she realizes that the guy sitting next to me is trying to hit on her. He’s in his mid 50s and she’s early 20s. So he’s doing his very best obviously. But when it comes to me, I’m getting the worst service because I am giving the least amount of chitchat. I didn’t leave a tip because I’m not impressed or thrilled with the service I received tonight and I’m not sure if I will be coming back.
Edit: I talk to texted this review while walking to the bathroom. When I came back, my drink was gone and my chair was pulled back from the bar because the servers were cleaning. I’m literally the only customer here and feel like I just got kicked out because the staff was ready to go home. Wow….

I travel around 3k miles a month, mostly in MI. Throughout my journeys I LOVE finding new little bars etc that advertise great food and beer. I try to have a burger or local famous plate at as many as I can. The FirePlace delivers on EVERYTHING ; price, selection, quality, quantity, etc. I am glad when I’m near here every 2-3 months, so I can stop and relax and enjoy.
