I ordered the rare steak and brisket pho to go and the broth was very flavorful. The DoorDash ordering process went smoothly as well.
Before my order was ready, I called the restaurant twice to ask if they could include extra basil, jalapeños, and sprouts. Someone answered both times but didn’t respond after I explained what I was asking for they hung up. Unfortunately, the order arrived without any basil, lime, or jalapeños at all.
In the past, those garnishes usually come with the pho automatically, so it was a little disappointing this time.
I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service when I tried calling. Aside from that, the broth itself was still good.
