Drinks were Delicious and burger was great! My Med bowl sounded great but the smoked chicken was more like a bunch of liquid smoke added – just tasted off. Our server forgot my drink request and after some time we just paid the bill and didn’t ask.
Overall great environment and fun set up! Even the littles have entertainment playing outside. Would return again!

We tried the wagyu beef sliders because neither of us have eaten wagyu before, and we were not disappointed! Whoever suggested putting the side “salad” of arugula and pickled onions into the sliders to enhance the flavor? BEST idea! The bitterness of the arugula and the acidity of the pickled onions absolutely enhanced and complemented the fatty, meaty, and luscious qualities of the wagyu sliders.
I also got a side of brussel sprouts (no gorgonzola – I dislike moldy cheeses), and they were charred and delicious. The dried cranberries and the balsamic went surprisingly well with the sprouts.
Despite having only one server, she did great. She gave us a nice combo of waiting on us while also giving us space and time to decide and to eat.
The place was warm, inviting, clean, and overall pretty nice. I felt comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend this place, and I’m sure we’ll be back.

YUM! First time in, long time La Conner local. Really good elk burger! Brussels were amazing! Sliders were great, I would get a sauce you like to add to them, but I’m saucy! Really great drinks and beer. 10/10 will be back. I haven’t even left and I can’t keep this information to myself!

Below was my initial review. We had been back a few times for their fried pickles. We went there tonight and service was horrid. People were leaving their tables, coming to the bar to pay for their meal just so they could leave. I had to do the same. It took over 45 minutes just to get an appetizer to our table and the meal came out a short time later. Their pulled chicken special hardly contained any chicken and didn’t contain any cheese. Huge disappointment. Fried pickles were not the norm, breading nearly fried all the way off, floppy pickles. Just bad. I wouldn’t waste your time.
We decided to check this place and try their food. The service was great but the food was lacking. The fried pickles were good but the sauce was way too spicy. Onion rings had the same issue. The fish and chips were a bit greasy but otherwise good. I didn’t like the tartar sauce or the coleslaw. The sliders were “okay”. And the fish tacos would have been good if it weren’t for the super hot jalapeños. Over all, the food wasn’t bad so if you are just looking for something different to go to, give it a shot. Otherwise there are better places to go.

This is the best place! It’s especially great for families to dine together. The back patio is perfect for kids to stretch their legs while waiting for food. Staff is always great. Food is pretty good and has high price points. But there is no other place like it for families, so it’s worth it.
Update 2 years later, we’ve been here maybe 10 more times: food is 7/10, it’s consistently above average but not great. Do not order the Cuban, it’s a mustard and meat sandwich and it’s not good. Servers are always nice.

Cozy atmosphere! Great cocktails & food was great! Service was a bit of a fail/uncomfortable. Got the side eye when we got up to move to another table because ours was so wobbly. Looked at waitress & she was talking shade at coworker as we moved…Cocktails arrived a bit on the longer than usual. Requested silverware & she forgot & didn’t come back so we dug in with our hands so appy didn’t get cold. Was not busy at all. Tables are wobbly so be careful not to put your elbows on the tables or you will spill your drink. Fish & chips yum! Deep fried pickles a must! Tomato soup tart & creamy. Loved the green salad. Will be back. Hope service is better. Still tipped as tho she earned it…appetizer 2 drinks, soup salad & fish chips $72. Plus tip.

There’s a lot of chicken sandwiches in this world, it’s hard to come up with one that has a wow factor anymore but woweee the blackberry bbq chicken sandwhich is the best one I’ve ever had! Don’t change anything on it! Perfect ratios, well cooked, well assembled.

The beef bowl was also good, the peanut sauce is amazing. I was bummed I only got 5 small bits of beef and like an entire onion on the bowl. After finishing up the rice and veggies and eating so many onion pieces there was still about 1/2 cup of chopped onion left over that I wasn’t gonna eat by itself. And truly yummy dish worth having but I wouldn’t order it again unless they had more beef on there.

Local Duo
I came with a group of friends this past Saturday after the Tulip Festival. Was overall a really great experience and the food was great. The food to price portion was very reasonable. Our server was also very courteous and came constantly to provide good service. The atmosphere was also really great and provided both inside and outside seating. This place is also pet friendly and had an area to chain up your bikes. This place does not have parking, but there is street parking available within just a short distance walk.
In our group we ordered the Elk Burger, the Wagyu Sliders, the Mac n Cheese, and the onion rings to share. Everyone really enjoyed their food and overall had a great time!

This place has a great vibe. Plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. Lawn games available. Fish tacos were absolutely fantastic. Fried pickle spears were also delicious – let them cool down though. Showed up close to closing and they told us not to rush – love that. A handful of beers and 1 cider on tap. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and I will be back!
