This is a drive thru food truck! Not a sit down restaurant. You will order at the window and they will give you a buzzer. Plenty of parking around the area to wait for your food. We got the hamburger and the fire Mac and cheese burger. They accidently messed our order up and made too much food so they gave it all to us for free! We truly appreciated that. The staff here are over the top friendly and just so nice. The food was absolutely delicious! We sat in our car and ate before driving back to Fairbanks. Would definitely recommend if you’re ever driving through the small town of Delta Junction. We truly love supporting small businesses and restaurants.

Damn good Club sandwich, best I’ve had in Fairbanks. Toasted sourdough bread, plenty meat and Bacon. Good fresh veggies and come with fries. I would order this again. Great with a bier from Humble roots too. Came back another day and Tried the BLT +Avocado. It was Onolicious too.

The Fire Chicken Club is one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve had. Chicken is well breaded and seasoned, sauce is tasty and hot, plenty of jalapeños and other veggies.
My wife loved her burrito as well. Service was reasonably fast and pleasant.
Not sure what atmosphere anyone would expect from a food truck on the side of the highway… but it was certainly that.

I’ve been ordering food here for a few years now and have gotten great service and food was delicious every single time! My pregnancy cravings have been satisfied every time and guilt-free with how fresh everything looked and tasted. I definitely recommend coming here especially with how limited our fast food options are, here in Delta.

We were passing through on our way to Fairbanks. Do not let the outside fool you. Look at the menu, go to the window, and order your food. It was delicious. Great service. We had the chicken club and the BLT. You won’t regret stopping here. Trust me!

This food truck provided good service, although it was a little slow so you might want to order ahead. They apparently offer an online option for ordering which we did not know about. I have the fire-loaded fries, and while it was a little light on beef, the dish was still good. The presentation was very nice. It’s a little pricey but that’s to be expected for the area.
