I went for my birthday dinner and had a magical time! The service our waitress Audrey delivered was exceptional! We ordered two rounds of the bread because we could not get enough! I recommend trying to get your name in early, and visit a winery while you wait. We opted for outside seating and the food came out at perfect times! We will totally be back!

Wow! Where to start… First is the oyster happy hour. Great prices and all regional oysters from local farms. If you are there for happy hour at least a dozen is a must. From the menu we had two crudo (scallop and albacore) and each had such interesting flavors. The scallop included some vanilla in the oil that pairs perfectly, and also included sea buckthorn which was new to us but was delicious. Finally we also had the clams and muscles which were excellent but the focaccia bread was the clear winner…. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant space was very comfortable. Definitely a spot we will be returning to!

This place is a real gem! The food’s absolutely incredible, with fresh, local ingredients shining in every dish. The oysters are some of the best I’ve ever had, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Plus, the service is impeccable – our server gave us some great drinks recommendations and checked in on us throughout the meal.
If you’re looking for a special dining experience with amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere, Seabird definitely won’t disappoint.

Look this place was recommended to Us by the individual at high side distillery and it did not disappoint. We were very fortunate to get there during the oyster happy hour special. So we decided to get a half dozen oysters and some ceviche. The oysters were extremely fresh you could taste the quality of each type, and the difference in taste profile based on where they were caught
The ceviche was extremely light and had such a tender taste in your mouth when you paired it with the oil based sauce around it.
I was really impressed by the kombucha they had on tap. It paired so nicely with the different oysters and the ceviche that we got.
Because we were there around 2:00 p.m. the Ambiance was extremely relaxed. You could tell that people were there to enjoy oysters, good conversation, and have a nice relaxing afternoon.
Our server was extremely attentive and I was really excited when she told us her story about the other servers finding a pearl in one of the oysters
Hands down I would want to come back here and do the special try different side and a little bit more of that wine

Food was amazing, I had oysters and fish&chips with the spritz. My boyfriend had salmon and corn with the last parting gift. We travel alot and eat many different types of foods we were really surprised how delicious everything was. Could not recommend this place enough!

Food was delicious. Every dish, even the drinks, has some sort of vinegar incorporated that really brought out the flavor in every dish. Especially loved the sweet oysters and salmon. Highly recommend.

Seabird was an intimate, delicious, and memorable meal on Bainbridge. Make sure to check ahead for the hours as seatings ended earlier in the evening than I expected. The food we received was all fantastic, with the cabbage and seafood being the highlights. Service was also top notch with helpful suggestions. Definitely recommend a visit!

Seabird had incredible food and cocktails. It as so fun to take my Pescatarian sister to a restaurant where she could eat everything on the menu! The menu changes with the seasons, but favorites included the 50 carrot mezcal cocktail, a flight of oysters, the ceviche, and rockfish. I was impressed with the balance of flavors in the drinks and dishes. Also noteworthy was the play with texture in the meals. Our bill included two cocktails, two mocktails, three oysters, a salad, ceviche, two fish entrees, an espresso, and a dessert. I was floored that the bill came to just $100/person for two people before tip. What excellent pricing for such a wonderful fine dining experience. Highly recommended! Will go again!

We finally got a reservation and I see what all the noise is about. The food and service are amazing. We had the clam dish and seaweed bread which combined together perfectly. The flavors in the clam dish are 2-3 Michelin Star level IMO. The halibut main dish was artfully prepared and the mole was out of this world. My only recommendation is to provide a wine bottle list when seated and make the beer pours a full pint.

My wife and I had a fantastic anniversary happy hour/dinner here. $25 for a dozen delicious oysters is a steal; they were so tasty, not a single one was bad. The seaweed bread was good and the b Beecher’s and crab-topped toast was just something else. And their old fashioned was very unique; it went down like butter. We sat outside on their small (3-table) patio. Can’t wait to go back!
