We drove in from Columbus, Ohio for New Year’s Eve at the Finch. We first made a trip to the big spirit’s distillery On the bottom floor…. Completely amazing experience and did make several purchases of their coffee cordials. Throughout the night we traveled between the cigar room
The rooftop and the reserve area. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The buffet was surprisingly good! Although I did purchase more drinks from the upstairs bar due to the availability of martinis Versus the pre selected menu options. We also very much enjoyed the cigar room, and made several purchases of cigars It was absolutely beautiful. I would say that the music in the cigar room and the upstairs rooftop were by far more enjoyable experience for our liking. The views were absolutely amazing…. Although I wish the fireworks would have been more visible We couldn’t have paid and prearranged a better location to spend our new year’s. The owner’s we’re also on-site and very personable, and most certainly checking in on the experiences of their patrons Which was wonderful to see! I’m not sure if very many of you Pittsburgh residents are aware of this Hidden gem, but for the locals, I would highly recommend a trendy, yet classy venue with much to offer. I would highly recommend and if i’m ever back in pittsburgh, I would surely make sure that I stopped in again. Thank you for a fabulous event And all your dedication to making your venue remarkable.

Paul was our server he was so kind and attentive! The vibes here are immaculate especially at night with the cozy lighting! Will definitely be back in the summer to go on the patio! The view of the city cannot get better. Just came for drinks but food looks amazing will be trying next time.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I recently planned my proposal at this restaurant, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The manager, Theresa and her staff, was incredible to work with — they went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was taken care of and made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
The staff was fantastic — so kind, professional, and genuinely excited for us. They made us feel so welcomed and took such great care of us the entire night. The food was amazing as always, and everything came together flawlessly. It was truly the perfect setting for such a special moment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

What a true gem the entire Distillery Complex is.
From the very start, we were welcomed by the most courteous bouncer I’ve ever encountered, who graciously explained how everything worked and set the tone for the evening. We made our way up to The Finch on the rooftop, put our names in, and requested a table by the windows. While we waited, we grabbed a drink and stepped outside to take in the sunset over the city, perfect for photos. Soon after, we got a text for our table and enjoyed a warm pretzel and pizzetta alongside more drinks. The staff was kind and attentive, and the food and cocktails were
From there, we headed back downstairs to the Bottle Shop for a Big Springs Spirits tasting with John, who was both personable and knowledgeable. We were told we could buy a bottle and bring it to The Drawing Room, a lounge that will eventually become members-only but is currently open to the public. Naturally, we did just that.
At The Drawing Room, we were once again greeted with warmth and expertise. The team gave us a tour of the humidor, helped us select cigars tailored to our tastes, and provided glasses and mixers so we could enjoy our newly purchased spirits.
We settled into plush seats by a fireplace, with the windows framing yet another vibrant city view. Cigars in hand, spirits in glass, we soaked in the swanky lounge experience.
I’ve visited just about every spot in Pittsburgh, but this stands out as something truly elevated and one-of-a-kind. In a single building, we enjoyed rooftop cocktails, delicious bites, a spirits tasting, fine cigars, cozy lounges, stunning views, and impeccable service at every turn. It is an all-encompassing experience and without question, my new favorite spot in the city. Go now, before it is discovered by everyone and The Drawing Room transitions to members-only.

The Distillery Complex and The Finch are decorated so beautifully for the holidays. The holiday pop up bar is cozy and quaint down in the bottle shop. The Finch just released a new winter menu filled with flavorful cocktails and new food. This is truly a spot for a memorable night on the town!

Beautiful place with amazing views of Pittsburgh! Took my wife and 3 kids here after a bike ride. I was dressed far too casual for The Finch but the staff was more than accommodating and were unconcerned with my family dressed in casual, workout wear. They offer small plates and appetizers. No kids menu. The apps were decent and the cocktails were good. This is a better date night place than a spot to take small children. Not alot of options if you have picky kids. Obviously, not their fault. There is pay by hour parking lot down the block or valet is available.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and were honestly a little hesitant at first because of some of the mixed reviews — but we are so glad we decided to go! The views of the city were absolutely gorgeous, the drinks were creative and delicious, and the food was fresh and full of flavor. The service was attentive and welcoming the whole time, which made the experience even better. Overall, this place totally exceeded our expectations — definitely worth checking out!

The view and the vibe are both spectacular! Spent a thoroughly enjoyable Wednesday evening sipping delightful cocktails and savoring tasty small plates while taking in the gorgeous view. Max our server was knowledgeable and fun and made several A+ recommendations. We left so refreshed, it was like a mini staycation. Already planning our next visit!
