The hours are ungodly unpredictable is what anyone should know first and foremost. I go here because it’s close to my home, otherwise I can’t say I’d recommend it. I do love their dart area. They have couple pool tables. It’s always a mix of the type of crowd. Kind of strange, but I do appreciate not getting the “you’re not a usual, so you don’t belong here” vibe. Bartender is always a coin toss. I think the prices are reasonable, given the bar, but it will vary if it’s made right. Could go either way. This review doesn’t quite reflect the fact that I end up here more than any other bars… It meets my needs I guess.. to be fair

It works as a neighborhood place to grab a drink. That’s about it. Loud worn out music. Dirty bar top. Was there at 1130. Lights were getting shut off even tho open till 2am.

Do not ask for quarters. Bring your own and extra to sell to the Bar owner for 1 and half of the original price. It’s called supply and demand!! (To the owner)- Be the bigger person and don’t argue with your patrons who provide the money to keep your lights on. Nuff Said. Definitely do not storm out of your own facility and cry about how many hrs you put in.

Came down on Tuesday July 19th 2022 and the bartender was thr rudest most disrespectful person I have ever delt with. Always leaving bar ignoring people. Her dog on bar hair everywhere never again.

Beware of this bar! Bar tender pocketed change when my friend wasnt paying attention. When confronted on it she got verbally aggressive. I ordered 2 long islands (worst I’d had) and payed for them with debit. When I go back to order a second round the bartender accused me of not paying for one of my two previous long islands that I ordered and payed for at the same time with my debit. I asked her to leave the sweet and sour out of the new drinks and she got upset and told me and my friends she is not making any more “specialty” drinks. Rude, their and worst bartender in the entire state of iowa.

Showed up when I got off work … it was a long hard day and this bartender..I think her name was Riley was right there with a smile to make sure I had enough beer to wash the dirt out of my mouth that I ingested … definitely going to make this one of my regular stops !!!
