Came here on a date and sat at the high tops across from the bar. We got the burrito salad and the grilled artichokes. I think these paired really well together. The filibuster old fashion was really good as well as the Strawberry Fields cocktail. We also got a pizza that was good. The best part of our experience was the service. Austin was our bartender/server and he was AMAZING. Great service, good conversation, he really knocked it out of the park. I will definitely be returning.

Filibuster is exactly what Tallahassee needs as the Capital of Florida. The vibe is speakeasy-adjacent. The bartenders are fantastic in both crafting cocktails and being hospitable to guests.
The membership to go inside is generously low, supports good causes, and comes with the ability to bring guests.
I’d highly recommend the DeSantis Pizza with Hot honey and the Sinatra’s Sazerac. A great way to end the work day with friends and colleagues. I hope to see more like Filibuster in and around downtown in the years to come.

Took my mom here and she was blown away by the ambiance and atmosphere of this underground speakeasy! The pizza is the best I’ve had in Tallahassee and Jake the bartender did a great job taking care of us.

I booked online on December 26th for New Year’s Eve which is my Anniversary. I received an email confirmation and 24 hours prior to the 5PM Table Reservation I received a text to again confirm, and 39 minutes before our reservation time another text reminder. We arrived on time and were made aware that they were closed. This classless action is most likely why they are closed. Hopefully PERMANENTLY. The Blessing was to discover Hayward House Resturant next door. They made accommodations and our Evening was memorable.

Got to eat here after Tallahassee Film Festival and it was a really cool spot to socialize in midtown.
The lounge has really cozy booths + tables that are hard to find elsewhere, and it’s downstairs off the street which adds a cool “underground” feel.

The Filibuster has a great vibe. It’s got a wonderful speakeasy feel. An amazing staff (ask for Maddie) and a well healed bar. If your coming to Tally you must make a stop @thefilibuster, you won’t be disappointed.
