The tea, French fries, onion straws, fried peppers, & the ranch were the best things we had out of the group of 7 people we had in our party & out of the food we ordered. We waited a while to order drinks and food. Communication & greeting wasn’t the greatest when we arrived. This was our first time eating here. We won’t be back.

The chicken fried steak was maybe the best I’ve had in 4 decades of eating and working in Texas restaurants. Amazing. Delicious rolls and sea salt (not seesaw) caramel cheesecake. Fantastic service as well. Can’t wait to go back.

I ordered the Green Chili Burger with coleslaw. The burger was delicious and flavorful. The coleslaw was serviceable. The staff was nice and the facilities were clean. I would come back and try more things. My wife had the Bacon Chicken Poppers and said they were bland.

Great, little country restaurant with American, stick-to-your-ribs food! Pleasurable ambiance to take you down memory lane. Good-sized portions with prices that don’t hurt your wallet too badly. And tons of homemade desserts (though they were only down to three choices when we came, because the place is so popular with the locals)!

This place had a great atmosphere and friendly staff. They team we talked to was helpful and courteous. As for the food, we had the fried catfish, the steak tips, and the popcorn shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection and we all look forward to going back!
