A perfect little local establishment. I tried the brisket tostada’s, which caught my eye right off the menu. I can say I was not disappointed. They were delicious.
I had the Roasted Chicken Hot Brown with creamy green beans for my main course. The chicken had a great flavor with the pepper-jack cheese and gravy. I was not expecting it to taste like it did, and I was pleasantly surprised.
Needless to say I did not have room for desert, but I can only imagine it would be amazing.

Cannot say enough about this place! So so so good! Great service, amazing atmosphere, perfect patio for nice days, good selection and food was prepared accurately and promptly! They give you complementary fresh pork rinds which were fun to try! Do not miss out on the haystack onion straws! They are phenomenal! We had the ol’ Smokey sandwich and it was next level! Their FD sauce is out of this world! And fries and ranch are on point as well! Seriously, don’t miss out on this gem! Prices are extremely reasonable as well!

Everyone enjoyed their meals and got full. Bacon cheeseburger Shilo said was awesome. The chicken was very good and tender. The only meal that I didn’t like was the beef stroganoff. Too expensive and it came with nothing. See pic 4. My husband loved it so he ate it. I think it should have been served with a side salad with the price being 15.95. that’s my only issue. The place is cute and the staff very friendly. I would definitely go again!

Everything I tried was amazing! I had a single burger with blue cheese crumbles & onion straws that was out-of-this-world delicious! My first taste of food from The Farmer’s Daughter definitely has me wanting to try absolutely everything on the menu. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

This is a fantastic eating opportunity you do not want to miss! The whole Farm to Table concept is not forgotten in this restaurant, and the food is more than delicious. The service was great, the portions were definitely enough for leftovers, and the atmosphere definitely fit the menu. Make sure you try the dessert of the moment, and if you are a sweet tea drinker you will not be disappointed.

Well we have driven by it a couple times in the past on our way to Fayetville, and we never stopped, that will not happen again. The service was great, the food and deserts were even better, and if your looking for a neat little restraunt to check out in the Caseville / Roaring River area, make sure and swing by, you will no be disappointed.

Flavors you would expect from a high end resturant. 12 oz New York strip cooked medium with black beans and slaw. House made Pork rinds as an appetizer. Staff was friendly and catered to my needs for refills and questions. Overall the food and experiance balances out for the price

My wife and I took a trip to Cassville, Missouri to see the fall foliage. While looking for a place to have lunch, we passed a little place on top of a low hill. Didn’t know it was a restaurant till I saw the word, “eatery”. I turned the mustang around and drove up to the parking lot. This was about 11:30ish. We were greeted by a pleasent young man who seated us near the front door. A waitress took our orders for their signature hamburger, hand formed using waygu beef. This was 6 ounces of meat plus all the trimmings on a in-house baked bun. I ordered the waffle fries as my side and my wife got potato salad as hers.
The wait for the food was long, about 30 minutes but it was worth the wait.
I got the feeling that they were understaffed on the Sunday as more people showed up, the longer the wait for a table became. It went from 10 minutes to 30 minutes wait and some folks simply turned around and left.
Had I known how busy they would become, I would have requested to be seated somewhere else than near the front door. People kept crowding in and in one case held the door open for about 15 minutes.
But… back to the food. It was great. I am not a fan of waffle fries but their side choices were a bit limited. I would have preferred French fries or baked beans as my side but they didn’t have either one. The men seated at a table next to ours ordered chicken fried steak. When they brought them out, they were huge and covered with what I suspect was white cream gravy. Their ladies had salads, also very large.
All in all, a great little place to eat if you have time and are willing to wait for a table and your food. If you are in a rush, go to a fast food restaurant.
They serve large amounts of food for a reasonable price. My total bill including the tip was $20.00. We walked out stuffed.
On a side note, the place was spotless! Very neat and clean with modern designed tables and metal chairs. We’ll go back when we’re not in a hurry. If you find yourself in Cassville, give them a try. I think you will like them too.
