Nice enough venue. The food was as expected. I cannot say anything any of us had was “over the top”. Our server left a lot to be desired. In my opinion she had not been trained properly or if she was the training program need a work. As almost every review stated I am not a fan of plastic cups and styrofoam side plates.

What a great find in the middle of this mountainous region! Service was great and the food was delicious!
We were a large table and they were more than capable of sitting us!
Food was made fresh and the quality of everything was elevated the ribeye was perfectly cooked!
I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice lunch on the weekend.

The food was done to perfection and very delicious. Kudos to the chef. Our hostess, Kitty welcomed us at the front door with a lovely smile and escorted us to our table. Beautiful lady! The staff was very efficient and friendly. The ambiance of the whole restaurant and the grounds was warm and welcoming. Definitely worth the price we paid! You really need to try it!!

Arriving around 1:30 the parking lot was full but we had made reservations and were quickly seated. The individual rooms are stunning where groups of many or more intimate ones are for just a few. We chose the new addition where it was beautiful and sunlit on this early spring day. The menu was extensive and we had a difficult time narrowing our choice. We enjoyed appetizers of the crab stuffed mushrooms. The homemade bread served with the appetizer arrived warm and crusty. But… The entrees.
The special of the day was a half rack of ribs. These were not your run of the mill ribs covered in sauce. These were lovely with glazed apples. Wonderful. We also had the porterhouse pork chop, stuffed Italian peppers and ribeye steak. All the dishes were excellent and we would order all of them again. Can’t wait to make the hour and a half drive to visit again.

A stunning restaurant with an amazing countryside setting. We sat on the patio with incredible views. The charcuterie board was perfect, and the prime rib Saturday night special for $25 can’t be beat! One of our absolute favorites!

Beautiful house and such warm, inviting decor (however the scented candles burning were a bit strong during dinner). Service was good, food was tasty and the prices were reasonable. Nice place for date night with hubby. We will be back again.

Must visit! This place hits all the button you look for in a great restaurant. A wide variety of familiar items in a simple menu and huge on flavor. Home made and literally in the middle of farm land. If your lucky you’ll meet Charlie and the amazing owner. We live 7 hours away but we will be back!

My experience was not what I expected from reading previous reviews. The hostess was rude and impolite. The atmosphere is nice but also the location is in the middle of nowhere and unless you are local it is not worth the drive. The food was ok but nothing special and the server was also short and did little to accommodate us also. We will not return.
