Do not order TooGoodToGo from this location; was there literally 3 minutes into their pick up window (9:00-9:15) and they were closed without a single person to be seen, and the store completely closed. Yea, it was a snow day, but at least let your customers know if you’re going to close early before having them make the trek out. I’ve had their food before and it was solid, but this isn’t the level of service you would expect

Pretty good! Their infamous calzones are great as well as their grandma slice. I first came here on a pizza tour and had the grandma slice—it was the last site but still good even though we were pretty full, so you know it’s good. I later ordered their traditional pizza (some sort of supreme type jazz) which I was less impressed with, so if I go back, it’ll be back to the calzones and grandma slices for me.

I’ve ordered from this place for years, and the food has always been very good. Unfortunately, the customer service—specifically with delivery—has consistently been disappointing.
The owner is wonderful and understands customer service, but several of the delivery drivers have been rude. On one occasion, my son went downstairs to get our food. We were told one price over the phone, but the delivery driver demanded an additional $10. I gave my son the money, but when he went back down, the driver had already left.
When I called the restaurant, the person I spoke with said the driver “did not want to go back to my residence” and had an issue with the tips I give, as if they were never enough. I always tip, but I don’t expect to have to give an extra $10 just for someone to hand over the food. The person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me mid-conversation.
This is not the first time the delivery staff has been rude or unprofessional. The food is great, but the customer service and delivery experience have declined to the point where I won’t be ordering again. If anything, I’d recommend picking up your order yourself to avoid the issues with delivery.

After a few unfortunate visits to a competitor, we discovered the Famous House of Pizza & Calzone—and oh boy, we’ve been loyal ever since. My family loves eating out and ordering in regularly, and this spot quickly became our go-to. Thin, true-Italian–style pizza, super delicious, and always quick service—what more can you ask for? I haven’t been back since my father started traveling abroad, but writing this has officially made me crave one of their pies. Definitely overdue for a visit!

The NY pizza was phenomenal. The vibe is great! The Zeppole and Arancini is off the charts good, and made to order. $26 for 3 people. Parking near the restaurant is tough, but possible if you’re really good.

We had the nicest evening in NYC right here. With dessert on the house, I don’t know your name young pal but you and the crew were great. Not only great pizza (try the Primadonna), but also some of the best meat balls ever. As they say themselves: “Brooklyn… how it used to be”. Loved it. We would be back if it weren’t for the fact that we came all the way from Holland to visit you :). Thank you!

I have always loved the pizza and calzones and last nights order reminded me of how much I love the food. Our friends visiting from the Netherlands raved about it. Only wish the delivery was a bit sooner, but well worth the wait!

Searching a bunch of pizza reviews, tryna find the best place, or wanna get something that’s clutch, hit-the-spot, satisfying?
The search is over. This is the brooklyn pizza you are looking for.
You can order for pickup, or eat-in; get a slice, or order a whole pie.
Once inside, you get an immediate classic (dated?) pizzeria vibe, and walking past the drink fridge, slice counter and ovens, they have a big dinning room to accommodate large groups in the back with TVs, along with a glass walled garden patio.
After eating, my takeaway thoughts were: big slices, fresh ingredients, great crust, and bit greasy.
I got a plain cheese pie, and one pepperoni with Mike’s infamous hot honey cooked well done. Both were fantastic.
Get the marinara on the side for dipping.
You won’t be disappointed.
