Hands down the one of the BEST fried catfish and wings I’ve ever had! The catfish was perfectly seasoned, fried to golden crispy perfection on the outside and tender, flaky, and juicy on the inside. Every bite was fresh and full of flavor.
And the wings? Absolutely top tier. Crispy, saucy, and cooked just right — not too dry, not too greasy. But let’s talk about that Fam Sauce…. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory with just the right kick. I could honestly put that sauce on everything. The signature drinks are BUSSIN. . We had rachet berry & wat-a-hood delicious!
If you’re looking for food that’s made with flavor, care, and love, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back for more everytime I come into town and visit.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I ordered a steak quesadilla with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and rotale. They sent me a ground beef quesadilla. NO CHEESE NO LETTUCE TOMATO,. Nothing that I paid $30 for. Food was not fresh and it taste like every bit of dog food. I definitely know that this has to be dog food! They aLeo don’t answer calls!

Famdation is one of Shreveport’s hidden gems! The food was delicious. I had REAL fried catfish, and my aunt had the BBQ wings. The rachet berry lemonade was pretty good. Food didn’t take too long after ordering. I would definitely eat here again. Especially on Mondays when a lot of my other favorite spots are closed.

The Philly was not a traditional Philly. It should have been named the Famdation hot steak sandwich. My bun was burned and the sandwich with the American cheese was awful. I tried one of my son’s famdation wings and WELL HE liked his food but this is my review. They should take their advertisement off of Google. The best part was the crew very warm and friendly bunch of guys. Not their fault the food isn’t any good

My wife and I went to the Famdation Grill on 8 February 2025 for a late lunch. We had a coupon voucher from Sweetdeals.com so our meal was prepaid. I had catfish fillets and my wife had the shrimp dinner. The food was made to order and was very hot & delicious. It was more than either if us could eat. The restaurant was clean the tables were decorated for Valentines Day. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and accommodating. We were quickly served, as there were only a few diners inside. We got very generous portions and great-tasting food. My wife was overheard to say the place was a “hidden gem. I highly recommend Famdation grill in Shreveport.

When I want a good homemade hamburger and I don’t want to make it myself, I typically drive to Marshall, TX. Well I won’t be doing that much more! This is the Best homemade burger I’ve had in this city in forever! Cooked to order, seasoned to perfection, vegetables are fresh, fries…cajun, Kool-Aid sweet! Go try it!

My family and I visited here one day wanting something different and tasty. This place exceeded my expectations! Looked family owned and operated. The food was reasonably priced. The taco salad was really good and worth the price listed. They have all types of cakes that are definitely homemade. I think. Lol. The burgers are a good size as well. The environment was inviting and cozy. The customers remained a steady flow and we were there around 2 o’clock in the afternoon. All together, I would definitely recommend this to others.
