A great location for the Pizza Exchange, that has indoor seating, ice cream (SuperMan!! AKA Super Scoop, WOO HOO!) and a great spot off of Morgan Alley and Windsor Alley in downtown Monroe. A great spot for pictures. This space is much nicer than the carryout only spot they had down the street a few years ago.
I love that this location offers cheese and pepperoni slices for lunch from 12pm-3pm! Two slices and a pop were $9.26. One slice is 1/4 of their standard 12″ pies.
I have been going to Pizza Exchange since before the pandemic at their location in Matthews by Seaboard, and then when they had a location in 6 Grogs Indian Trail and to the new location in NODA brewing and they never disappoint! Not for me, this was closer to school pizza. I couldn’t even finish it. The dough was flavor less and under cooked but with a char on top. The sauce wasn’t great either, to be fair I just got a regular cheese pizza, maybe better luck with their other flavors. They only make personal pies as. Slices. The place is impeccable and the staff is helpful. Lots of seating and vegetarian options

The food was great. I’ve went out with friends a couple of times for lunch. From my experience, it’s like $12-$16 per person. The atmosphere is nice a little bit loud. I personally get overwhelmed pretty easily but it still wasn’t too bad. The menu has a fun selection. I personally am not vegetarian but one of my friends is, they had no problem finding food.

I didn’t get a picture of the pizza. It was too good! I just dived in and couldn’t take a break! We ordered pepperoni, onions, bell peppers, and banana peppers. It was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the depot salad. It was good but not as good as the pizza. We could hear the staff complaining from the kitchen is the only reason for the slightly lower rating. All the plants and punny shirts make the waiting atmosphere nice. Definitely recommend.

I can’t leave a very positive review. The edges of the pizza were burnt, and there was a strong burnt smell throughout the place, which lingered on my clothes. Also, the staff was very loud, dancing and laughing – making it impossible to hear the person I came with.
In general, the pizza doesn’t taste bad, and you can take it to go, but it’s not enjoyable to eat at the restaurant because it’s too loud and has an overwhelming smell.

Really good Neapolitan style pizza made to order and ready quickly. Everyone is friendly and service is great. Cant say I recommend the southwest ranch though, tastes like seasoning just mixed into bottled ranch. Some nice homemade ranch would take this pizza to the next level

This pizza tastes just like the bottom of the grill. YUCK. I’ve never in my entire life ate pizza and it left an old, disgusting, charcoal taste just burning my throat. NEVER AGAIN. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. This is why I stick with Pizza Hut!!!!

Calm, quiet and cozy. The pizza here is amazing. Fresh made dough and the crust is just a tad bit burnt on the raised edges. Don’t waste your time on the chains, this is the spot for a great pizza.
