Great spot for a modern coffee shop vibes. Food was good and coffee was delicious, we got a breakfast sandwich, avocado toast with egg and a kids PB&J that came with extra goodies. The place was clean with plenty of seating inside and outside plus a little area with books and puzzles for littles. Would visit if in the area again!

This was a great experience! I have never been to The Exchange. We had a small team meeting and had a quiet corner. Upon arrival we were greeted. While we were ordering I asked for suggestions or “surprise” me items. When I received my toast with banana and honey and whatever else was on it, I was impressed with the flavor. It was delicious and actually filled me up and I’m not a small guy. My coffee was an iced mocha and it was perfect! The facility was clean and had the best fireplace sitting area. The restrooms were clean and maintained throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be that walking up to the doors may need some scrubbing or at least the black mats, but other than that the location was very clean and maintained. The location is beautiful too. I was impressed and will make the 58 minute drive just because of the service and location!

The Exchange Coffee House in Castle Pines is one of those places that just feels good to be in. The coffee is always amazing (seriously, I’ve never had a bad drink there), but it’s more than that—it’s the atmosphere, the kindness of the staff, and the attention to detail throughout the space.
One of my favorite parts is the adorable children’s area. As a mom, it means everything to be able to sip a latte while my toddler is happily flipping through books or playing with the little toys they’ve set out. It’s such a thoughtful touch, and you can tell this place was built with community in mind.
Whether I’m meeting a friend, getting a moment of quiet, or bringing my little one along, The Exchange always delivers. It’s become a really special part of our routine. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

The overall experience is certainly one to be remembered, but not one to be overzealous about. The workers are more than friendly and make sure to serve you with a smile! I will certainly be sure to visit in the future to see if this establishment can raise my expectations from 3 to 5 stars. This is a great location to mingle and study with friends or family. I would recommend other establishments before The Exchange Coffee House. As of right now, I see no difference between this location and Starbucks.

The iced vanilla latte was fantastic and actually tasted like coffee and not a vanilla syrup bomb that faintly resembles that it was a coffee bean at one point. Probably the best I’ve had!

Friendly baristas, ozo craft coffee, quick tasty bites, plenty of space, outlets, and natural light. Comfortable seats, blankets, and a cozy fire on cool days. Spacious patio! Wine and appetizers on the weekend evenings. Closes at 4 first half of week, open until 8 Thursday and Friday.
