I came to Queen City with a group of colleagues and we were all very impressed. Our initial greeting was friendly and the barkeep was goodly enough to help us make great drink decisions as we waited for the rest of our group. Drinks were followed up by appetizers, the mussels and clams were especially noteworthy! I had the scallops and they were delicious, the portion wa generous also. We shared key lime pie and cheesecake for dessert and it was a fantastic way to end the meal. Our server, Eve, was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the value for the meal was really great! Will definitely go again.

Absolutely delightful grand re-re-opening of Queen City. Casual cocktail after work, dinner before a show, quick pre-shift shot,the vibes have it all. I crave the tuna tartar fortnightly, steak frites is my HH go-to. Leave room for the cheese cake, classic, simple, with a swoosh of honey, yes! Make it dressy, roll in with laidback flip flops, love the mix of people and the atmosphere. Staff rocks!

What a delightful evening we had at Queen City!! Met up with dear friends for a bit of Christmas cheer and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and inviting the ambiance was cozy, festive and warm. We all ordered different meals and they were outstanding, I had the scallops, something I am intimated to cook at home – they were seared perfectly and came with a yummy sauce. Everyone else was very happy with their meals as well. Ely was the cherry on top of our evening – he is so knowledgable and passionate about wine, it was fun to have a lovely discussion on all things wine. A 10/10 evening – I highly recommend a visit.

Market fish – that day halibut – was good. I also really enjoyed their steak dish. Side veggies are a great addition if you’re ordering to share! Tartare was amazing with a good spice kick!!
If you love blue cheese, you are going to enjoy their blue cheese martini to the fullest!! It’s exactly how I’d want a blue cheese martini, I loved it so much! Never had one like it before!!

I love eating here, the service here is fantastic, I love all the servers that work here. I’m here every Sunday to bring homemade desserts because it’s a nice thing to do. Excellent booze as well. Definitely recommend coming here if you like seafood or high quality coctails

I’ve been eager to try this restaurant watching it come together and was not disappointed. Split the tuna tartare, market fish, frutti di mare, and honey cheesecake. The market fish sides were amazing and each dish was well thought out. The total was very reasonable. The interior felt warm and welcoming, I can’t wait to sit on their patio this summer. Every staff member we interacted with was exceedingly kind and went above and beyond.

At the risk of being over the top, what a delight it was this evening to return to the Queen City. I have more happy memories associated with this restaurant and this space over the last 30 years then I can count. I was both excited and apprehensive when I heard it had reopened and made tonight’s reservation to return to this place. Nostalgia is a funny thing, magnifying both the joys and disappointments. In summary, my nephews and I had as lovely a night out dining in Seattle as one can ask for. Preparations, attention to detail, service and authentic kindness, this is what we are hoping to experience when we enter a fine restaurant. Queen City, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tonight was lovely and I can’t wait to come back.

The new revamp of Queen City is just what Belltown needed. The staff was so welcoming and attentive. I asked for a tequila cocktail that was not super sweet and the bartender made a dealers choice and it did not disappoint. The fresh decor and paint make this old gem shine bright. The food was delicious and came out in a beautiful presentation. Hope it is here to stay! Support Local and share to your friends!
