I got the chicken and it was really perfectly cooked. The red potatoes with it were smooth and seasoned to perfection.
The refurbish of the building is a fun mix of rustic and industrial. High ceilings and an outdoor space as well as a loft that looks over the downstairs. The service was friendly and the whole experience was top notch in the middle of an old mining town. Come to Silverton, its a must see.
This last time, we finally stayed overnight. We were lucky enough to find this little gem hidden on Blair Street.
They are only open Wednesdays through Sunday’s, from 5 to 9 PM.
We started with a couple of beers, I had the Fat Tire. And the Pork Belly Appetizer, which was cooked to perfection! Incredible taste and texture.
We both had the Three Cheese Bison Lasagna for our main course, and I had a side of Spicy Potatoes and Carrot Soup.
This was by far the best lasagna I’ve ever had. It came with spinach and two pieces of toast. I hope their chef never leaves them because the guy knows his craft!
I can’t wait to go back to Silverton and have another amazing dinner at the Eureka Station.
Make sure to get there right at 5 PM because the place gets busy pretty quickly with all the locals.
We ordered the wings to start. Good and Hot blue cheese was tasty too. For Dinner we shared the Bison Meatloaf and Pulled Pork Tacos. The tacos were juicy and matched well with he slaw top and aioli. The meatloaf was a decent portion of bison and tasted delicious, (but next time can I get a real side of veggies. Sorry the did not impress.)
I do want to mention the house chop salad. 1st let me say I do not like kale, Im not a bunny rabbit, but hot damn that is freaking delish. The combination of all of it together is a match made in heaven for your mouth. Have you ever seen Ratatouille. You know when Remy is explaining food to Emile and he talks about seeing . I saw the . (From one Chef to another. Great dish!
