ABSOLUTELY BEST FUSION SUSHI HANDS DOWN! Went with recommendations as the server seemed very patronage about them and he was so right! So glad we came! The chef is amazing in everything he does. Crazy crab bites + Canoas + stuffed avocado + Escobar roll + tropical sexy salmon roll. 10/10 everything! Gotta come back and try more.

The best fusion. The Escobar Roll was amazing. We started with the Crab Bites appetizer, which was also delicious. Very nice spot. First time here, but won’t be my last.

The food here is phenomenal. It’s the perfect replacement for our old stomping grounds, Tavern. Our server Michael was the sweetest and made sure everything was perfect for us. But he did not have to try too hard because the food speaks for itself. I will definitely return.

We all know the sushi is fantastic — if you haven’t tried this fusion yet, you’re slacking.

Now they’ve got mamá cooking lunch… so good. Real home-cooked Puerto Rican food. No shortcuts, just pure flavor.

Plenty of space, great location, and the owners are super kind.

¡Avanza! ☺️

Based on two very different visits:

Date night: 5 stars
Family dinner: 1 star

This is the only restaurant I’ve ever taken by daughter to that did not have a high chair. Restaurants are not required to supply high chairs, but every restaurant I’ve ever seen does as a courtesy except for this one. They do have a booster seat but that isn’t the same for the littlest children. Maybe that’s their way of saying they don’t want little kids here, we certainly won’t go back with my daughter. Our first visit here was for date night and it was excellent, our second was with my daughter and it was a bit more challenging.

Food here is delicious and staff is wonderful and attentive so as long as you aren’t traveling with small kids that need a high chair, I’d definitely recommend it. If you are bringing a youngster that needs a high chair, I’d suggest you go elsewhere.

Amazing Experience! ✨
I had such a wonderful time at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and the food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, our service AB it’s a perfect example of excellence in the restaurant industry. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this restaurant truly did. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience! ~Mel~

Was visiting from Miami and wanted some good sushi. Some locals recommended this spot. We ordered a ton of stuff to try out. Definitely recommend stopping in. Food was delicious. It was a busy night as it was a full house. Service was good and attentive.

They need to open a Miami location.

What a divine Puerto Rican sushi experience. The atmosphere was absolutely spectacular—stylish, vibrant, and full of personality. It was a bit cold that day, and both outside and inside the restaurant felt chilly, but honestly, the food more than made up for it.

We trusted the staff’s recommendations and ordered the Escobar roll and the Plantain roll, and both were outstanding. Beautifully crafted, bold flavors, and perfectly balanced—each bite was pure enjoyment.

For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée, and it was delicious. Creamy, perfectly caramelized, and the ideal way to end the meal. We didn’t leave a single thing on the table—everything was that good.

The service was excellent from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and consistently present without being intrusive. They also offer beer, which is definitely a plus and pairs nicely with the sushi.

I recommend this place 100%, and we will absolutely be coming back. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves creative, well-executed sushi with a Caribbean touch.

They truly live up to their name as the best sushi in Orlando. I’ve tried many places, but this one has taken the top spot. The prices are incredibly affordable, and the food is delicious. The place is great, and Michael ensured that we had an exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back again for more!
