We were staying at Mandalay Bay and looking for a spot to pick up breakfast to go. We walked across the street to The Egg Shop. The place was small and had a to go window. They had a few outdoor tables and a counter to sit at. I got a breakfast burrito with chorizo which was huge a very good. The kids got chocolate chip pancakes and my wife got a yogurt parfait. The food was all very good and made fresh. We also got a Strawberry Fields smoothie The food was much cheaper than at the hotel.

A quiet little place to have some good sandwiches. Walkable distance from Mandalay Bay and Luxor. Its a no frills place that serves decent breakfast.
The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was exactly how it was supposed to be. The coffee was also good.
The seating is outside, so can get a little windy depending on mother nature.

Decided to check this spot out since it was right across from Mandalay Bay. Overall the food is good and the best part was the date shake. It seemed like no one wanted to be at work and the energy was low. We had questions and it seemed like it annoyed the cashier. I recommend showing the prices along with the pictures that are posted. Cost about $50 for 2 meals and 1 drink.

This is a Vegas dive! The food is good and you get a lot of it. Big portions.
We paid 35 dollars for a water, chorizo burrito and smoothie.
I have paid way more for way less at other places in Vegas.
Bottom line food is good atmosphere non existent lol. Have fun let me know your thoughts.

So good! Gets busy early but they serve breakfast all day. We loved their version of the breakfast crunchwraps & the Mangonada drink has been in my daydreams since we left vegas. ❤️ We will be back to you Egg Shop!!

It was the best breakfast I had in Las Vegas. The sausage, egg, and cheese burger was absolutely delicious, and the bun had a subtle sweetness. The Cuban sandwich was incredibly filling, and the sauce inside was truly amazing. I ended up going back three days in a row! I felt like taking the whole place back to my country. If I ever come back to Las Vegas, I’ll definitely visit again!

This little hidden gem is a find. I have lived here since the 90’s and had never heard of it. It’s behind an ATV rental place, directly across from Mandalay Bay. My friend got a sandwich and I got the crispy flat. It was super tasty and huge. Could easily feed 2 people. I read some of the posters and the owner & chef was a former head chef on the Queen Mary.

This place is amazing! We got the breakfast burrito and the strawberry shortcake pancakes. The strawberry shortcake was nothing short of divine. The breakfast burrito was delicious, perfectly cooked and came with homemade salsa. We would go out of our way to eat this breakfast again. It’s a little pricey, but what isn’t pricey in Vegas anyway? Worth it.

Delicious! I was full the entire day! The egg griddle and smoothie was perfect! They were very friendly too! I probably saved at least $20 by not eating in the airport or at one of the bigger casino restaurants.
