The grilled cheese is ridiculously delicious. The food was fine but for the price I expected a better all around dining experience. Given the plethora of options in Disney Springs and the surrounding areas this will probably be a one and done for us. On a pleasant note, our service was fantastic and the vibe was nice with the live music.

Olivia and James were amazing!!!
We started our lunch off at the “speakeasy” Enzo’s where we had a drink before our reservation at 12:15. We came through the hidden tunnel where we were greeted by a beautiful dinning room with lovely lighting.
We sat at a table in the middle of all the action (which is nice when you’re new to everything and taking it all in)
Olivia greeted us with positive energy & brought us water, gave us a run down over the menus and was fast and efficient.
The Oaxacan on sunshine (Ojo de Tigre mezcal, Patrón repo, belle de Brielle, local honey, lemon juice) 10/10
The patented old fashion (basil hayden, angostura, an Demerara) 10/10
The Edison burger came out AMAAAAZING !!! 10/10

Went with a group and we had a great time! Our server was Olivia and she was the best. She was so attentive and fun. She seemed like she actually enjoyed working there and made it enjoyable for everyone. The food was great and the servings were very large. Will definitely come here again.

My first visit here and it wont be my last. The vibes are incredible and this place is huge despite looking small from the outside. They have a happy hour which is rare in Disney. I got the old fashioned and while it wasnt my favorite on property it definitely did the job and was delicious. Staff were attentive and kind.

The foods flavor was amazing. Some might say it’s a little overpriced. I think the prices were not bad for how good the food was and the wonderful atmosphere. That alive band taking requests music wasn’t too loud it was very tasteful and classy. Me and my wife had a wonderful time celebrating our 17 year engagement anniversary.

The Edison is my opinion is an overlooked but really good restaurant in Disney Springs. The ambiance and theming inside is great! We stopped for lunch and tried the patty melt and grilled cheese. Both were very good, and the grilled cheese was huge! Service was also fast and friendly. Definitely worth a try when you are at Disney Springs. We’ll go back and try dinner next time.

Impeccable all around. Very professional staff. Wonderful variety of cocktails. I had the Banana Joint. Perfectly balanced. Had the MD Crab Dip for the app. This was scrumptious. My husband said he’d love it over linguine. Haha. It was just that good. I had the chicken sandwich which had such a delicious crisp on it. Thank you Edison!

I loved this place , absolutely my kind of vibe , food was fab , we had a burger and the St.Louis Ribs , both incredible. The cocktails were fun (especially the Blood Donor). The band playing were great , if you love some Steampunk vibes with some cool Jazz covers of old & new stuff this won’t disappoint.
