Had a wonderful dining experience in Norolk area. The waitress was all together lovely and the food was great. Open during rhe snow plus very early showed the community and staff are on one accord to provide top quality nutrition in a time of crisis.

Food was good, service was good too but when my husband gave the waitress $100 bill ( our bill was $37) she excused herself to get change from manager. When the waitress returned she handed him $53 not $63 which I was unaware of. As we left he pulled the 5$ tip from the table. On the way back to our hotel, he told me what happened. He called to speak to a manager who wasn’t available. Word of caution…pay attention when you pay you bill.

True to the name, I hop to this spot when I need a quick bite for breakfast.
Couldn’t resist. Really though, I got quite the bang for my buck. I was readily served, everything was delicious, and I didn’t have to make friends with any cockroaches (because they didn’t have any).
My only real complaint might be the sweet tea. It’s sorta like a southern litmus test for any restaurant that offers it. This one was far, far too sweet, in my opinion. I’m sure there are guidelines for its preparation, which staff may or may adhere to, but a fair taste test as it’s being made would probably solve that.

The food was good. I ordered the colorado omelet with a side of grits and extra butter . The waiter was really nice and the place was clean. I dropped a star off the food because I’m not sure I like batter in my eggs. Seems to make the eggs a little thick and heavy instead of light and fluffy.

I haven’t had ihop in years but decided to try out the new food items and when I say I was surprised how yummy everything was! It was fresh and tasted hot. The new burgers are everything! And the new o pancake flavor was delicious.

I wouldn’t give them any stars but had too. Food was not all that. Manager sucked. Food came out looking like it had been sitting there. Two employees arguing and Manager is out on her phone not taking of whats going inside the store. Will never come back

It was a very disappointing experience. I ordered two breakfast combos, one of which came with an all-you-can-eat pancakes option. However, the manager/chef said I could only order two pancakes at a time, even though I wanted five for my table—literally one more.
The chef lost my ticket, so I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my order and another 30 minutes to get my pancakes. I have been to a lot of IHOPs in Northern VA, and they were always great!
I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
Food: The steak was sweet as if they had overloaded it with sugar. My pancakes were raw half the time.
Service: my waitress is 10/10! She needs to get paid more! And fire the manager for being calculative!

Went to this location around 10pm at night, the waiter was nice but didn’t use a notepad to write down the order. My order was wrong when brought to the table. My girlfriends pancakes were old, I mean really old. They were hard to the point where you can’t stab a fork into it, heck it could’ve been used as a hockey puck. The waiter brought new ones out but bottom pancake was burnt and the top one was under cooked. The hasbrowns and eggs were also slightly burnt. The hot chocolate and lemonade were the best parts if the meal. When leaving the restaurant my girlfriends stomach was upset to the point of throwing up. Will not be coming back to this location again. The workers are nice, but the food not so much.

I ordered through Doordash so I was able to see through GPS that the Dasher went to pick my food up, and came straight to my house, which is 5 minutes away. I understand that it’s snow out and been cold so I wasn’t expecting very hot food!
The food they sent me was day old or left out for a long time! Everything was cold! Even the grits were cold, stuck my finger into them, they were cold down to the botto! The hash browns and sausage links were BURNT! The bacon had black specks on it from them cooking it on grill they burnt stuff on and didn’t clean! The ham was rubbery! The Sunnyside up eggs looked so perfectly cooked! Cut into them thinking they were the only thing decent to eat! They were RUBBERY too!
Only time that happens is when you microwave them leftover!

Enter the building greeted with a smile and shown to our table Immediately. It was great service from beginning to end. The food with excellent. I love this location because of the excellent customer service and clean environment.
