My husband and I went here for lunch. We were also the only ones there so it was a nice quiet atmosphere. There was not a long wait for the food, it was tasty, but I would have liked the buns to have been toasted. The fries although very hot, they were plain no seasoning. The main problem came when we went to pay and found out we were charged 2 dinars each for the small 500ml water bottles. Yes, we understand that restaurants will charge more than the local grocery stores but we were never charged this much for this size bottle. Then we found out they do not take Visa, and had to pay cash. Unfortunately, our bank was not in the area so the withdrawal fee was more than what we usually pay. With the extra fees/charges unaccounted for, these were the most expensive burgers we’ve bought thus far. I think a sign on the door is helpful if they only accept cash. This way customers are prepared before they walk in.

I had a very disappointing experience at U.S. EAGLE. It took almost 50 minutes for our food to arrive, which is unacceptable, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. When the food finally came, it was cold.
We ordered the platter, and the “Tex Mix” was basically just fries with cheese — nothing special or worth the price. The onion rings were also cold and clearly not fresh. The wings were even worse: they arrived cold and burned at the same time, which shows a complete lack of quality control. On top of that, we specifically ordered crazy sauce but received buffalo sauce instead.
Overall, the service and food quality were extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Food was good, but unfortunately everything else was disappointing. The hygiene in the toilets was poor, the staff were unresponsive even when we tried to get their attention, and the food took a very long time to be served despite the restaurant being almost empty. They also forgot our fries and only brought them after we reminded them several times. The place clearly needs better cleaning and management. The owner really needs to visit this branch to see how the staff deal with customers, as many of them were just standing around doing nothing.

Terrible experience, food took 50 minutes to be served, we also ordered 2 plates of curly fries on the side, after we asked for it 3 times they served us one normal fries plate and we told the staff to take it back, careless staff, dirty bathroom, very dark atmosphere, and sketchy gatherings inside the restaurant of people that are not staff nor customers!! Located on L3, this seemingly is marketed well and looks like a great place. We waited for chicken wings for 30 minutes and they are the smallest wings I’ve seen. New restaurant in Galaria mall, the burger has real Meat and taste good but they need to work on there sides and dressings , I did not feel like ordering same thing again.
