Went to celebrate a birthday. Excellent drinks, excellent food! Not our first time there, and certainly not our last! The fish and chips are top notch, and the corned beef and cabbage reminds me of Sunday lunch at Nana’s house. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and cozy restaurant that has occasional live music, overall the restaurant was good but I thought that the price and taste of the shepherds pie was mediocre and did not have a ton of flavor even with the lamb. The wings however were a lot better alongside with the burger. Good vibes but the shepherds pie has more to be desired, but service was great.

Our server went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable evening. They were attentive without being overbearing, offering insightful recommendations from the menu and ensuring our glasses were never empty. It’s rare to experience service so genuine, where you feel not just served but truly cared for.
As for the food, it was a true reflection of the quality and tradition of Irish cuisine. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of rich flavors and cooked to perfection. The Shepherds Pie was a standout. The pub’s selection of drinks, particularly their Irish whiskey collection, paired beautifully with our meal.

The Dunn Bar is located in the old Wonderbar Restaurant. It is an Irish Pub with an extensive menu including traditional Irish specialties, and local fish. The Shepherds Pie was very good, and the presentation was excellent. The mashed potato on top is styled in waves, then baked to give it a golden look.
The Ruben Sandwich was very good too. The Cheeseburger was perfectly cooked.
The French Onion Soup was large, and tasteful, with lots of onions and cheese.

We went to The Dunn Bar for brunch yesterday and had such a great time. My wife and I both got the brunch bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The espresso martinis were fantastic too. We met up with some friends and really enjoyed the atmosphere. One of the owners was our server and she was awesome — super friendly and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time at the Dunn Bar! Even though we (a group of college students) came in an hour before close, everyone on staff was so sweet. Great atmosphere, music, and food! Large portions for a good price – I loved the chicken tenders and fries Will 100% be back in the fall!

Amazing Irish bar!! Diane and Chris are the owners. She is from Ireland. This is a GENUINE Irish bar, in SACO Maine!! Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks, the best fish and chips and shepherds pie I’ve ever had. I can’t believe that such an amazing Irish bar is here. Go!! Now!! Before too long you will have to wait to get in.

It was okay. The bartender was great when I went in for lunch. Nice to have Smithwicks on tap. The Dunn Bar burger was fine but underwhelming. I was hoping for some signature quality but it was basic. If I was hoping for lots of great fresh fries, which I had, then big score!

TBD Connections held its annual Holiday Event last night at The Dunn Bar Irish Pub, and it was an incredible evening! I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Elaine, Chris, and the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the service was both friendly and attentive.
The event was made even more special with entertainment by Comedian Gabe Perez and the fun-filled Mirastar photo booth, expertly set up by Colby Michaud. Everyone had a fantastic time, and the atmosphere was perfect for our celebration.

My food was great*. I had the shepherd’s pie. My wife had the nightly special of a Dublin lawyer chicken. Kids had bangers and mash, Mac n cheese, and chicken fingers.
The band even played “Welcome to this old apartment” by the Bare Naked Ladies
We are all in intestinal distress now! Don’t know what was off in the kitchen but I didn’t want to end my night like this!
*Next Day Follow-Up* Definitely have food poisoning! I want to like this place so badly but definitely had something cooked wrong that didn’t agree with the whole family.
