Owners are alway great but last night was a terrible experience. Todays date is 08292025. When I walked in the door there was no costomer service. It was around 8pm at night. I wasnt asked what bread i want i had to tell them. No smile. Clealry both the young ladies that were working were not happy to be there and I was not happy to get a sub from them. I will unfortunately have to takebmy subway purchase elsewhere. Life is tough but please remind your employees cutomer service equals returning cutomers.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway for years and have always appreciated the friendly service and quality food. The owners have typically been very nice and welcoming. However, I’ve had a disappointing experience with the new night shift crew.
In particular, the young heavyweight, short young lady with dark hair has shown a consistently poor attitude toward customers. Her behavior is unprofessional and not in line with the level of service I’ve come to expect from this location. When I brought my concerns to the male owner, his only response was that “she has been here a long time,” which was disappointing.
I hope management will consider providing additional customer service training to ensure all staff uphold the high standards that this Subway has maintained over the years.

Not all Subways are equal. This one is fantastic. The subs feel full, and the Jalapeneos kick. The place is spotless both behind the counter and in front. I suspect that the detail work in cleaning the place translates to its food quality.

I just came through there with my bf bf the girl working was so incredibly nice! And the place was so clean and welcoming! I even got in the car and said to my bf wow I think that was the nicest and cleanest subway I’ve ever been in! Thank you to the super sweet girl making our sandwiches!

I’d like someone to contact me or at least respond as the employees at the store will NOT answer the phone. I just ordered 6 subs from this location online. 5/6 of the subs were wrong. I paid for double meat on a sub and there was barely anything on the sub. Do better. This was a horrible experience. The employees are typically miserable and rude so I tried to order online to make it easier for a large order. Management needs to get ahold of this lack of effort for reading the orders. Spend $50 for poorly made incorrect food.

Why do they close almost 30 or 20 minutes before actual closing time. If it says they close at 9 there doors lock at 8:40 or if it says 10 they lock the doors at 9:30.

Best subway in town.Because of the outstanding customer service. Our little town is growing and everyone loves the Patels. They always greets us and even remembers how we like our subs. Also restaurant is clean ,also the bathrooms are always clean. Just a wonderful time to eat in or take out. Great people!
