Love the Dugout! I go frequently for lunch on Tuesdays and have their taco Tuesday special…several options and all delicious! Stephanie is typically my server, she’s always amazing, wonderful customer service can’t say enough good things about her! Definitely a must if you’re in the area.

We were at a nearby park for softball and had a game break. We saw the name of this place and thought it would be perfect. The food was good (though the breakfast burritos were small…but so was the price) and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place if you are in town.
Dasia was our server and she was wonderful. We came in and let her know that we may have several people coming and she was very flexible and made it work for all of us – along with several other people in the restaurant. If you know her let her know that the Firecracker team from San Diego was thankful for her and that she is awesome!

Hidden gem in Erie! It was our first time here and we were really impressed. The bone-in wings with the special secret seasoning/sauce were the best wings we’ve had in Colorado. Perfectly crispy, not dry and great flavor. Smaller cucumbers in the house salad would be appreciated, but the mango vinaigrette was delicious. I had the Mahi Mahi fish and my husband the Nashville 911 shrimp. Both prepared perfectly–seafood cooked properly, really good seasoning, balanced flavors. Service was decent for a Saturday mid-afternoon.

We ordered three entrees, one appetizer and three drinks. appetizer was fine entrees were not so good, my buddy ordered a medium burger and got rare almost blue. I got a French dip loads of fatty inedible chunks. Churro drink tasted like tequila with a little seasoning on top. The TV was broken as well. Over all not worth the $110 bill.

Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The food was cold, and not worth the cost. I ate my whole meal with no drink because our server dropped the plates off and turned and left before even asking if we needed anything else, then never checked back. I asked for the check and sat for another 10 minutes waiting before getting up to use the restroom, then coming back to see the table had been cleared while I was gone…. Good think my drink was empty the whole time any way or I’d have been more upset about that… I ended up going up the bar to pay and being ignored for another several minutes. One of the staff behind the bar rolled her eyes at me and turned and walked away. At one point I considered just leaving since clearly nobody wanted me to pay… once I was finally given the check I began to express my displeasure to my waitress (who was a manager by the way according to her name tag), and she turned and walked away without even acknowledging that I was speaking. Overall, I’m appalled. They were not busy at all, and my only true option to get service would have been to get up a track someone down which I could have done.. but shouldn’t have needed to. Outrageously overpriced, terrible service. I’m just upset that I wasted $75 for terrible food and wasn’t even given the chance to send food back, or have it made right.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was poor; the servers were slow to acknowledge us and seemed uninterested. This did not appear to be an isolated issue, as other customers were also complaining. The food was served cold and lacked flavor, which was very disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements in both service and food quality.

We went to the dugout on a weeknight for girls night out. We were able to be seated immediately and the service staff were timely and delightful.
We got a variety of dishes including tacos, burritos, salad and fries. Everything was very good for pub food. The atmosphere was pretty typical American pub.
Several of us also ordered specialty cocktails and they were very well made and beautifully served.

Living in Erie, the Dugout has become a regular haunt. The big beers are perfect at the end of the day, and all the food is great. The tacos are amazing (especially on Taco Tuesday ), and the boneless wings delicious. And the staff is always friendly, especially Stephanie, who makes sure we have what we need and our glasses are never empty.

We’ve been loyal customers at Doug Out for years, especially for Wing Wednesdays, since we live right across the street. Unfortunately, our recent visit after my daughters senior photos was the final straw. We were overcharged, and the customer service continues to fall short of expectations. It’s disappointing to say this, but my family will no longer be returning. We’ve always wanted to support local, but consistency and care matter.
