October 9, 2025 was me and my co worker first time there.The food was great it could be better if they season the meat like you’ll season your food at home but I know they can’t.I had a small philly cheese steak ,small fries and a lemonade drink. The lemonade with busting it set everything off in a good way.And I’ll be back October 10,2025 just for lunch.

Came in last night placed 2 orders .One order I asked for ranch but was not charged for it but I didn’t notice until after I came from drive thru to walk inside . I stated I had just ordered in the drive thru but didn’t get the ranch which I asked for over the speaker but didn’t realize I wasn’t charged or it wasn’t on my receipt I asked for it wasn’t charged and didn’t receive it .Fine! After waiting for the employee to check every previous order in the drive thru for a “ranch ” employee states that no ranch was ordered and the price of 1 side of ranch. Then I asked if I may have a Ranch because I did ask for one but was unaware of the fee or they I was not charged for it in the drive thru . The employee again explained that I wasn’t charged and told me the price of the ranch. I then mentioned that the cashier at the window didn’t give me my $0.17 in change and asked if it could just be applied toward the ranch and I’d pay the difference. The employee said there was no change and that they couldn’t do that.I understand policies, but after spending up to $50 at times and supporting this place for about 3 years, it’s disappointing that a customer can’t receive a simple condiment without such a hassle. There was no disrespect on either side, but it would’ve been nice to at least accommodate the situation or explain the policy so I know for next time.However, I did end up paying the full price for the ranch, which wasn’t really the issue. I just didn’t want any trouble on either end. As someone who has supported this place with my hard-earned money, it was frustrating to stand inside for almost 10 minutes practically begging for a ranch that usually comes with wings anyway.
It also reminded me of a previous order where I asked for a Steak & Cheese with no onions but received a sandwich with so many onions they were literally hanging out of the wrapper—but that’s another review for another time.
Customer service here is honestly hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s great, but situations like this leave a bad impression.

I ordered two small chicken California, and in both I got hairsss!!!! Really disgusting, I couldn’t eat them. Who will be responsible for this? I don’t know. Really bad experience.

I have travelled the whole world, literally more than 40 countries, and I want to say that your boneless wings are the best of the best and your fries have devine taste as well, it was so tasty I started to believe in our lord Jesus Christ again. The only bad thing is that Im leaving in 4 days, as if no – I would order or come there again just to have this awsome meal.

Food is usually great, and the people and service usually nice. I would eat there more often if maybe the chairs weren’t the most uncomfortable chairs known to man. And the “atmosphere”, is absolutely terrible. What is going on inside this place? The floor? It is some kind of nightmare. Other than that, the food is good.

False advertisement. I just went to use my coupon Free drink and fries with a purchase of a large Philly steak sandwich… usually cost 13.29$ only the sandwich… how did they charge me an extra $5.78 for a combo… what’s the point of a coupon ? My total was $ 19.75 . Nothing to say about the drive through staff. But this is a complete false advertisement!

My Philly cheese steak sandwich was awesome. It was one of the best. I have had in a long time. It was a nice size and it tasted great
I ordered a strawberry lemonade that was good. It had chopped strawberry in the bottom. It was good.
The loaded potatoes are delicious. A must try. Big portions of bacon lots of cheese.

Been here a couple times and the food has always been very good, really high quality compared to something like a subway Philly steak. The staff is super cool too, they accidentally put sauce on my sandwich and got it remade for me right away. Good rewards program and again the staff is really helpful and friendly. Fairly priced too, over $5 but under $10 per meal. Also if you download the app you get $5 off and during august you can get any drink any flavor any size free with a cheesesteak, i got a large peach lemonade 🙂

Friendly staff but a bit pricey. Great fries, thick which I like and they offer a “gourmet” option(cheese fries). About $13 per person for a regular combo. Good food but on the more expensive side for fast food.
