The vibe was fun with the live music. Food was okay… bar food with good pizza. Mixed drinks were less than passable. I ordered a Manhattan which was more vermouth than bourbon.

The food was not that good. Our fries were hot but we also got chicken tenders for the kid and it was all bread and super hard and dry. The drinks were okay but the price for a soda was $7 that’s crazy. Our waitress let our food sit while she talked to men and when we told her she said probably. It also took a while for our waitress to even wait on us as well.

The bill came back with cocktail prices higher than stated in the menu. And the drinks were horrendous. A Margarita made with seltzer water instead of sour mix and maybe a thimble of tequila, if any, and a manhattan that tasted like vermouth.
No bourbon detected. Asked the server for beer price b4 ordering and was overcharged for those too. I wish I had looked at the reviews first… I saw others mentioning overcharging both by price and quantity. Looks like they built themselves a nice money making racket to boost their nightly intake.

Everyone that sat at the bar after us was acknowledged by name… must be a locals watering hole. Good nachos with fresh ground beef. Nice selection of beer. And today, running AC when the heat index is over 100* – winning!!

A decent place to see a band. We saw 70s Magic Sunshine Band and they never disappoint. They sounded very good. Not a very big dance floor but it’s adequate. They could definitely use more help though on band nights. They didn’t have any servers for the tables so we had to go to the bar each time for refreshments. And they only had one bartender on top of that! She was a young woman who was doing her best… we felt bad for her. Please get her some help next time!

this spot is a little out of the way for me, but it’s always worth the trip, especially during games. when the vikes score, it’s purple shots all around! plus, on our latest visit, they had a free sloppy joe bar and passed out multiple white claw samples with swag. they’ve got some mighty fine bar food to boot (the grilled cheese!!!). best little place in willernie
