I have walked here 2 days in a row from the hotel because my truck won’t fit through the drive thru and the lobby doors are locked! At 5pm why?

I ordered my food for dine in in but she brings it out in a bag asking who ordered the 3 soft taco combo then proceeds to ignore me and walks away then comes back throws the bag on the counter. She didn’t even give me my cup for my drink so I had to wait around 5 or so minutes to get someone’s attention while they have like 5-6 employees goofing off in the back standing around doing absolutely nothing while the line is backing up. It’s lunch time at that and some ppl only have 30 minutes. Then she comes back snotty as hell and threw my cup on the counter instead of handing it to me. Someone needs to teach these ppl some manners.

We ordered online, and the man working at the counter when we walked in showed he had no care for his job. He gave us our food and as he was about to leave the counter we reminded him he was still missing our two freezes and a diet Pepsi. He gave us the wrong freezes, but we didn’t even care at that point because his lack of care. He ended up dumping my freeze on accident, proceeded to laugh about it then fill it 3/4 full. After he gave us the freezes he tried to walk away again without giving the diet Pepsi then gave attitude for his mistake. Truthfully this was the worst tacobell I have went to.

This location is a joke anymore. Just tried to get dinner at 5pm. Pulled up to the drive through and it says open 11am-7pm sorry for the inconvenience. Ok its 5 so no worries. Sit at the drive through screen waiting for someone to respond. Nobody does so I drive up to the door and go to walk in. Nope doors locked. I see a lady at the counter she just says we are closed. My 8 year older daughter proceeds to say “the sign even says they are opened late!” Does this place even want to make money? Does the owner know how poorly it is ran? If they don’t they need to monitor this store closely because this isn’t my first poor experience at this location but it will be my last.

The only good news is they were actually still open at 8pm. Took 12 minutes from time ordered to to getting food. 1 car in front of us. Food just thrown in the bag, chips were everywhere (yeah, the crunch box no longer comes in a box?!). The price to add sour cream has gone up again, the ability to get the sour cream you paid for is still almost impossible. And now bean burritos get lettuce and tomato? The beans looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the hot box for about 2 days, absolutely disgusting! This location, and totally company honestly, just needs to be shut down and locked up. It’s cheaper to go to a real Mexican restaurant at this point, plus the food is 100 times better and you actually get what you pay for.
