We savored not only the delicious brisket sandwich but also the atmosphere and views that this hole in the wall provided. The guy who served us was friendly and professional. The brisket was tender, moist, and not overly fatty… cooked to perfection.

Outstanding brats, try the bison for something fast and delicious. I even got my 3 year old to eat it. This place is wonderful, with great food and great customer service. It’s fast too, so you can get back to your hikes.
