In absolutely brilliant gem in thomasville georgia. My partner and I popped in for a quick dinner just before Valentine’s Day, and we’re treated to something really special.
From the perfectly balanced gin cocktails to the deliciously seared quail skewers, not a single thing we ordered was less than enchanting.
Both the kitchen staff and the front of house are something special. 100% worth the drive from tallahassee for a cozy evening.

Went here with a friend and sat at the bar. Shanna served excellent drinks and the food was superb. Having eaten in British pubs in London, The Dog and Pony is top notch. I’m glad they didn’t have bland fish and chips. Instead they had delicious appetizers and the bangers and mash and shepherds pie were better than what I had in England! Will be back very soon for more!

We order the Shepherd Pie, Shrimp Fettuccine, and the Steak Toasty sandwich. Could we not decide which one was better! All to perfection. Flavor, texture, presentation, all perfect. We drive from Tallahassee just to have lunch here. Amazing!

The Dog & Pony is an experience, not just a restaurant. When you step in, you are immersed in a British atmosphere. The food is incredible, drinks superb, and the service great! If you are in downtown Thomasville, do yourself a favor and stop by.

Been here several times before, great atmosphere, great times before. Not the same today…New bartender today. We got there 10 mins before 5. They did not have the beer as advertised. Suggestions were nothing like what was requested. Happy hour is at 5pm. We did not get my beer until 5:10. We got our tab, $40 for one beer, coke and pretzel. When asked about the happy hour. We were told it was rung in 5 mins prior to 5pm. Ok, customer lost over $5, good luck

We just rolled into town and walked our way around to this place. It was an awesome, cool, vibe. Had a piano player create a great musical atmosphere, and we enjoyed a couple of beverages and ended up talking with other travelers.
