I do not recommend this Denny’s at all! I’m used to Denny’s being the same no matter where I order it from. We spent $51 and got boneless chicken wings the nachos, and country fried steak with over medium eggs substitute french fries and add an extra side of country gravy to go. There was barely any chips to go with the nachos, the boneless wings were tasteless, but this review is primarily for the country fried steak and egg meal that I ordered. First of all you charged us for an extra side of country gravy and then decided not to put it on my steak. Why would you do that I didn’t ask for that and why would you charge me for something you took off the meal that was supposed to be included? Also you must have run out of country gravy right before we got there or didn’t have any to begin with because this is the worst country gravy I have ever tasted I could not even eat my meal because it tasted like nothing but flour there were zero sausage in it, and it was like paste! The french fries were overcooked and brown, and one of my two eggs was completely broken and the other one was completely slimy over medium means hard at the bottom with a little bit of dunk! Even if you’re staying at this hotel if you’re even considering eating there I highly suggest that you don’t it is not worth the money, or the wait! This is the only place I order country fried steak and eggs from because I love Denny’s country gravy this was absolutely horrific and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog! In addition to that for the nachos we requested that all the items on top of the nachos come separately in separate containers so that the chips did not get soggy. What we got was a bowl with everything in the bowl that turned into nothing but a sloppy messy soup on top of that we asked for extra Pico which we were charged for and never received and instead they just mixed the regular amount of Pico in with the nacho soup bowl we got! This is highly unacceptable. I think you guys need to seriously start considering hiring different cooks for the late night shift! We could have got two healthy steaks for $51 and instead we made the mistake of choosing Denny’s and we will never return again!

Great restaurant Denny’s! Damian and Rudolfo were an excellent servers, friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. The food was great, the location was perfect, and everything from the service to the atmosphere really shined. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

I had such a great experience at Denny’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. Denny’s i’ve left me no choice, but to Leave a review. I visited Denny’s inside of Arizona Charlie’s on December 31, 2025. I arrived there at 1:30 AM. I decided to order takeout. There was no one at the front at that time, but an employee was walking out getting off duty. She decided she will help me to place the takeout order, but not before letting me know that she was working from the previous day at 1 PM while helping me she also complained about the staff being under trained which put a burden on her and she began to cry. I felt sorry for the employee, but I was grateful that she placed my carryout order so I gave her a generous tip of $10 as she exited. With my receipt in hand I waited for my food. I also watch customers that came in after me sat down and had their meals after waiting an hour and a half. I inquired on my meal. I was told that despite the fact that I had a receipt. My order was not picked up in the kitchen. There was issues at this point. It’s a little over two hours as I inquired about the food an employee became visibly Rude and frustrated because of my inquiry. Because of this, I insisted upon receiving a refund. This is when I learned that there were no employee present trained to operate the cash registers function for a Refund no one knew how to issue a refund. Now I’m stuck with a receipt and also stuck without my carry out. One employee offered to go in the kitchen and make my food for me. No, he was not a cook.I was told it will take 15 minutes so I decided well. I’ve already waited 2 1/2 hours 15 minutes would be OK. after waiting the additional 15 minutes, the employee came back to me without my carryout, but to inform me that there were no more onion rings I said yes I’m sure there is not because you gave it to every Other customer that came in after me. Three hours later I was still without my carryout that total $37.04 and i was also without a refund. I left Denny’s starving with just the receipt to eat (-: The following day, I returned to Denny’s, On January 1st I spoke to a manager shortly thereafter, the area director of operation Sal Morales came. He never introduced himself to me and he never greeted me. The director of operations informed me that the refund department of Denny’s is closed due to the holiday. That was January 1, 2026. It is now January 14 and I have yet to receive my carry out order, an apology or my refund. I am still today stuck with Denny’s receipt. And the Denny’s location still owes me $37.04.

I absolutely loved my visit to this Denny’s location – upon entering I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was seated right away – it wasn’t too busy – and it wasn’t dead to the point where you should be questioning if you should eat here either.
The environment was very bright and warm and the food was amazing – they stayed on top of the drinks – and all of the staff were extremely friendly!
Shout out to a few workers specifically Vicky – Kathrine – Damien- Cassidy – and Rena who all went the extra mile to make sure my visit went amazing!
Keep up the great work and I look forward to returning again when I’m in the area.

I have visited this restaurant five times and expected improvement with each visit. Each time I arrive, there is no hostess or manager present, and it often takes over ten minutes to be seated or to even locate an employee. One server manages the entire floor. The food consistently arrives cold and the service feels absent, which reflects staffing issues rather than the effort of the server. Due to the repeated experience, we will no longer dine here and will choose to drive an extra ten minutes for a more reliable and enjoyable experience.

All-American Slam was delicious with all the breakfast fixings. Try it! The service is excellent . The servers are awesome and ready to serve the needs of the customers. My server Rosie is outstanding and friendly. Ask for her next time. The restaurant is open 24 hours and well maintained. The cooks are hardworking but it’s the service that matters most to me. Please visit Dennys on 75th Ave in Phoenix. It has been a long tradition for my family!
