Shared on Yelp but feel I have an obligation to let people know: I truly hate to write this as I rarely ever speak poorly about non-chain establishments, but I simply have to write that the security at this bar made fun of my Asian girlfriend, deliberately and in front of us. She can take a joke, but hearing “Security” call my girlfriend Ching Chong and pushing their eyelids to the side to “try to look like her” and imitating her accent to cockily ask if she likes “Dumprings and fried rice” is really something neither of us would expect in 2023…So dissapointed and shocked this type of behavior still exists and is accepted at this establishment

My friends and I are Asians and they said we were eggrolls and kicked us out. Bouncers pushed my friend several times and he got scrapes and bruises. His leg was bleeding. They were very violent and rude. Never going here ever again and telling all of my friends/family never to go here ever again. They deserve a negative star. Their employees are racist and they participate in hate crime.

It was fun, bit I took away one star because they under pour and the drinks are crazy expensive. Tried to say you can’t get in wearing shorts lol I looked in and everyone was in shorts so they charged my friend a $20 cover. Add to that the expensive drinks and they’re not even a standard pour, I wouldn’t waste my time until they open the pool back up.

The atmosphere itself wasn’t terrible, but the staff is rude and not worth it. We went for the mimosa crawl around 2:30pm (the crawl was from 12-5pm) and were told they weren’t doing it anymore. We decided to get a few drinks anyway since we were already there, and someone grabbed my bag right from the seat I was sitting in! When I brought this to the staffs attention, they just brushed it off and said 3 others girls have already complained about the same issue. If you know there is someone going around stealing bags at your location, wouldn’t you step up the security a bit? All the security guards do is sit at the entrance together or sit at the bar talking to the girls. My entire life was in that bag, and I know they can’t magically find it for me, but the least they could have done was show some compassion and at least pretend to care and help.

Awesome sports bar, loved it from the atmosphere to the bartenders and drinks were all amazing. I would highly recommend this place. It has several tvs to watch sports. Plus several games like corn hole, oversized beer pong with volleyball. Tacos in the back and I belive 4 different spots to get drinks, so you never have to wait to order drinks

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Our bottle service girl was nice but the head of security threatened to forcibly remove us for standing at the table we paid hundreds of dollars for and barely moving our shoulders and hips (DANCING?!). I asked if he was joking because I thought there’s no way he could be serious and he proceeded to mock me and reiterate he will remove us if we didn’t stop. Meanwhile there was a table right next to us where multiple people were very clearly dancing and in the aisle but we never saw him or anyone else say a word. Our group could only think he and his staff were intimidated by that group while we looked like people they could intimidate. Screw this place for real! We will never come back and tell everyone we know to avoid at all costs.

The security is racist, especially if you’re dark skinned. Horrible experience several times. My husband, who is dark skinned, has issues every time we go. Once, the security stated while checking his ID that he’s “seen this ID already tonight” and made my husband show him his Apple ID to make sure the names matched. He wasn’t allowed in on 2 separate occasions due to camo pattern on his shorts and the material they were made out of. He’s been requested to lift his pants up to show the tongue on his shoes to make sure they weren’t Jordan’s. He was turned away for wearing a sports team hat. He wore a purple, leaf pattern jacket but security said it was looked like camo and refused entry. We turned it inside out and one of the females in our group tied it around her waist, she was granted entry, but when my husband went to come back in NOT wearing the jacket, the bouncer claimed he “watched him throw the jacket over the balcony”. Several times during these occasions, my husband was the darkest skinned person in our group, and the ONLY one to have issues, even though our group was very mixed races. Horrible place, avoid at all costs.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in at 7:35 p.m. It’s self seating, so I sat in one of the booths. Several employees walked by me and never acknowledged me. Finally at 7:50 pm the bus person was nice enough to offer me water and a menu. He said he would let the bartenders know I was there. It may have been 10 people in there. So it was not busy at all. The bartenders were too busy flirting at the bar to even see me. Me and my party just left. I wish I could give this place a zero.

The worst New Years experience ever. Do not recommend coming here at all. Ladies and people of color be careful. A bouncer/security guard manhandled me, inappropriately grabbed me, and said some very disrespectful things to me. I believe he did these things thinking I was drunk and didn’t know what was happening. I was sober (I don’t drink alcohol) and knew exactly what was going on. I tried to report the incident but was told it was private property and they could kick out whoever they want in whatever way they want by Scottsdale PD. The worst part was I was made to feel like I should expect this treatment if I go out. This is definitely not true and I have had great experiences going out before. Take your money to a business that treats their customers with respect. This is not the place.

Worst bottle experience of my life! During covid I understand we have a lot of restrictions. You can not stand or dance. The service was poor. After awhile I went to the bar to order and got yelled at and told we can’t order from the bar. I went to the bathroom which was screaming Covid. It was worse than a porter potty in the middle of Ibiza. Toilets were clogged, toilet paper out and covered on the floor, the sinks were disgusting. I can’t express how bad it was. I do not recommend you coming here to celebrate any occasion. Staff was annoyed and very petty. I understand times are different but if you hate your job spare us and quit. Spend your money elsewhere you will be glad you did
