We had a great time at this restaurant. We came on a Thursday for lunch, it was busy, but our servers were very and friendly nice and very efficient. Our food arrived in just a few minutes and everything was just perfect, popping hot out of the stove, just as we like it. We have the pool, pork sandwich and the Cod dinner and enjoyed both. Portion size was OK for the price paid. Definitely recommend this local business and look forward to bringing our family and trying different items on the menu.

We have seen lots of favorable things about this place and their breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches and the information is true!! Delicious!! Huge!! We had enough left overs for 2 more sandwiches!! We also had fried chicken which was delicious as well! Their coleslaw slaw is pretty good too.
The lights could have been a little dimmer though, it was really bright but the decor was cute.

1st time visit we would love to go back. Excellent food – easily above average. Menu has so many options that sound/look great, but Sycamore’s over an hour away. Wife is a breaded pork tenderloin fanatic, and theirs certainly passed her approval.

2 stars for service and the place was clean. Wife and I ordered burgers, they were pretty gross but we were hungry so we ate them. It seemed like a microwaved gas station type burger. Came out within a minute or two which was a red flag since the place was full. We can’t understand the great reviews, but we would definitely not go back, maybe the other stuff is better idk. Seriously McDonalds would have been better and we never eat there. I thought we were in for a treat since the good reviews here. Lower your expectations.

Second time here, first time probably 5 yr ago. Not as impressed. Giant tenderloin was still big but more breading than meat and did not like the seasoning, salty and weird flavored. Meat wasn’t white like pork, looked more like chicken fried steak. Cost $50 before tip for 2 of us. Will maybe be back but try something else.

We came for lunch & enjoyed the food very much. I had the 1/2 fried chicken, which was juicy, fresh & delicious! There was no coating, just a crisp skin. My husband had the huge pork tenderloin, which he enjoyed. We had fried pickles, which were great, fried mushrooms were good & wrecking balls which has good flavor, texture and also good. Our waitress was very friendly and really on top of it. Not a long wait, plenty of seating & friendly. We’ll definitely be back.
