We reserved for a birthday dinner, atmosphere was insanely gorgeous and elegant.
Owner was very kind, greeted us and we were seated immediately with our drink orders taken.
A few of us customized our orders and the food came out as asked.
I added buffalo and blue cheese to my chicken sandwich and pardon the lack of fries (I went ahead and ate half of them before taking a picture lol!) however it was absolutely amazing! Steve did a great job making sure everything was fresh and done well.
Absolute 10/10 on this location.
I would highly recommend.

Went on a Saturday around 5pm. We were able to get seated right away. The atmosphere was very bright and inviting. Not only are there tables, but there is a nice sitting area in the back of the restaurant. The sitting area allows for photos opportunities and a chance to gather with friends while sipping on drinks.
Food: 5
Appetizer – buffalo shrimp. I thought it was really good. Nice pairing of buffalo sauce with blue cheese. I definitely would order the shrimp again.
Main course: steak fries. I love truffle fries and these were spot on. The fries are shoestring fries which I prefer over steak fries. I ordered my steak medium well and it was cooked perfect for me. Seasoned well, still moist in the center with a little pink. It was enough where I had leftovers to bring home.
Drink: 5
Cantarito – similar to a paloma but served in a cute Mexican themed mug with a chamoy covers straw, tajin rim topped with a Mexican hard candy. It was a really nice flavorful drink that I enjoyed.
Service: took a bit to place our initial appetizer order, it seemed our server was covering quite a few tables with 3 or 4 people. When we finally were able to place our order we went ahead and gave her our main meal order too. Appetizer was delivered about t minutes before our main meal. Overall she was friendly and offered suggestions when asked. Very courteous although she was slammed.
Overall it was a nice experience and I will go again and also recommend.
Update. Went back again and discovered there is a cute back patio area. Also was very happy that the kitchen manager/manager was accommodating when we arrived at 3pm wanting steak frites but it isn’t available till 4. We were able to order it anyways. Thank you for the awesome customer service.

The steak tacos were perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth tender, the chicken panini was packed with flavor and grilled to perfection, and the roasted Brussels sprouts offered the ideal crispy char with just the right amount of seasoning. And don’t even get me started on the Parmesan truffle fries — hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Each dish was beautifully presented and even better enjoyed.
The service was equally impressive. Bay-LEIGH and Hannah were absolute rock stars — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find a team this professional and personable. To top it off, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sasha, one of the owners, who made us feel incredibly welcomed and clearly takes pride in creating a top-tier dining atmosphere.
Speaking of atmosphere, the laid-back vibe makes this place feel like your favorite neighborhood spot — relaxed but with a polished edge. The back patio, open Thursday through Saturday nights, is a hidden gem. With a dedicated back bar, a massive 100-inch TV, and an array of signature craft cocktails, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends, catch a game, or enjoy the evening under the stars.

We stopped by The Dime for lunch, and while the vibe is definitely cool, eclectic, moody, and stylish, the lunch menu is a bit limited. There are no salads or lighter options, and most dishes lean heavy on bread, with no soups or gluten-free alternatives.
That said, what they do serve, they do well. I had the grilled chicken panini, which was absolutely delicious, perfectly toasted and full of flavor. My husband had the Smashburger, which was really more like two sliders, but still tasty.
One thing to note: they don’t have WiFi, so it’s not a spot for remote working…. just good food, good drinks, and good company.
Overall, the food was great, the service was fine, and the ambiance made it worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back for dinner when the full menu is available, I have a feeling that’s when they really shine.

We recently moved to Round Rock. Saturday was our first evening out in downtown and we visited several establishments but settled on dinner here. Absolutely loved the experience. Great atmosphere and food. Management was present on the floor. Our server was knowledgeable and personable. The steak and the chop were perfectly cooked. My wife and I spent nearly 20 years each in the hospitality industry. I was trained as a chef and spent many years in chef/managerial roles so I tend to be extra critical but I was impressed with everything. I would definitely recommend visiting The Dime.

I need more stars! This was absolutely fabulous! My steak was cooked exquisitely, and the chimichurri on top was bright with a nice touch of heat adding just the right depth of flavor for each bite. Paired with truffle Parmesan fries and a garden salad, I truly made a happy plate. It was a celebration dinner, so we finished with carrot cake. So delicious, we enjoyed each bite and left no calories go to waste! Mimi’s pineapple carrot cake is better, but this one gets close.

Man.. between 2 of us, we went thru 9 tacos & 4 ritas & nothing was below excellent!! Tuesday is $5 Tacos & $5 Rita’s & all 3 taco choices were deeeelicious.
Our waitress was superb, the portions amazing, the vibe was chill & I literally have no complaints.

Beautiful restaurant with a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The food was delicious (my favorites were the brussel sprouts and truffle parmesan fries). The drinks were beautifully presented, well balanced, full of flavor, and packed a punch. We enjoyed them so much we forgot to take pics. The bartender, Phil, was personably and knowledgeable. The hostess and wait staff was attentive and friendly. The Dime is a great addition to downtown RR. Great job Sasha, Jeremy, and the Dime Team!

My husband surprised me by making reservations for a party of 10 to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was ready by the time we got there. Everyone was friendly and the food was great the drinks, I got a cantarito was really good.. It was a very chill atmosphere. We later made our way to the patio which was a nice little spot to hang out and have another drink. Would definitely recommend

Cute restaurant. We arrived at 8PM and it was pretty loud, the tables are so close to one another so it was pretty hard to have a conversation, pleasant hostess and server. The food was OK. I got the Diablo Shrimp. My wife got a pork chop. We also got wings to share. The midnight espresso was good and the cheesecake was delicious.
