I bought two regular hook and ladders and these are the sandwiches I received. Support was like “we’ll look into it” and was never heard from again. I should have checked the sandwiches before leaving the store, especially since the bag was surprisingly light for two subs.

The subs/sandwiches here are absolutely delicious. The fries and special dipping sauce are phenomenal. The staff members are friendly and provide efficient service. Atmosphere is cozy, laid back and clean.

I had hoped the transition to new management would improve this location, but the experience has been disappointing. There is a clear lack of professional standards; employee turnover is incredibly high, which is reflected in the inconsistent food quality and frequent order errors.
More concerning is the management’s treatment of staff. The communication from leadership is consistently unprofessional. I’ve reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable frequenting this establishment. I hope ownership takes steps to address the toxic work culture and service issues.

Ordered dinner on DoorDash from here and after my dasher waiting over 45min for it they ended up canceling it. Super disappointed, hoped the location would improve with new management but obviously not. Go to the firehouse in Temple, so much better.

The work crew greeted us as we walked in. N they were so friendly and nice and asked if we needed anything else told us about getting a free medium drink next visit. Also was very accurate on all of our food. Everything there was a 10/10 for me.

First time eating from here. They all say “welcome to Firehouse subs!” in unison to give the appearance of friendliness and service but then they avoid eye contact when you walk up to the counter, lol. The supervisor just glared at me. I was picking up my mobile order. The one employee guy was nice when handing me my packaged food. The sandwich tasted great but I was disappointed because I was supposed to get a pickle spear on the side. Very frustrating how the food service industry often leaves out items that are supposed to come with your order. I paid for it but didn’t receive it. It’s like quality control doesn’t exist anymore.
