A train depot themed restaurant, they have quite a few snippets of local train history on the walls. There’s a small-scale village with a loop of track “for the kids to play with”.
The food is good, the service is friendly, and it’s worth the 3 mile detour off the highway.

My son and I rolled into town at about 6:30 one night. The place was open but not one single customer around. The only person we saw greeted and seated us. I asked why no business at that time of night. She said everyone was at a town meeting of some type and she was going to head there soon. We ordered burgers, fries and sodas. Maybe it was because we were so hungry or maybe because the lady was so nice and attentive in spite of wanting to leave. The price was dirt cheap, less that $13.00 as I recall. I think I left the largest percent tip in my life. Thanks to the folks who serve and comfort others so well.

Very Good! Limited menu due to COVID19, but we all had the burger basket and it was a real, hand-pattied burger. Delicious, tempura-style onion rings and hand-cut fries. My little boy loved the trains and the lady working even turned one on for him! Good, homey stop on the way to MN.

Frist time we stopped in everything we ordered they was out of tell us special of the day go to order they were out but still telling u about it all they had was hamburger and fries and the server was very rude overall we got up and left will never go back

Worst food fries was full of grease and they charged me 8.80 for a 5.00 hamburger and it was small and the pulled pork was dry with no smoke flavor and taste like chicken never again that would be why there wasn’t anyone there at 630 on a sat night
