Great quantity of food – especially loved the kimchi and pickled veggies! I wish the service had been faster though. I ordered as soon as they opened and it still took about an hour

Placed three separate orders over the course of two-ish months. For all three orders, they were out of stock or the stove was broken.

Order #1: September 03, 2024 12:19 PM. $39.64. Wasn’t told until I got to the store that my order could be fulfilled due to a broken fryer/stove. I was promised a refund by the server and to be contacted by a manager. Received no refund. September 11, 2024. Had to contact them myself. I spoke to a manager, and he didn’t know what I was talking about because he was never informed of the broken grill the previous week. I was promised a refund within one or two weeks. I took them at their word and did not check my bank account statements.

Order #2. September 13, 2024. 12:42 PM. $62.21. Got a phone call before I arrived at the restaurant, saying that the fryer was still broken. Okay, no big deal. I was promised a refund and did not check my bank account statements.

Order #3. October 10, 2024 11:31 AM. $41.29. Got a phone call before I arrived at the restaurant, saying that they didn’t have the things i ordered. Again, no big deal. I was promised a refund. However, this time I thought that I should probably check if any of the previous orders were refunded, like they said they would. I received zero of my cancelled orders (keep in mind it’s like around $100 in not refunded money). I called back and said I wanted cash for all my cancelled orders. The server said that she did not have access to any of the transactions and that I need to contact the manager for further assistance and recommended that I call and come when the manager is present at the restaurant. She gave me vague answers as to when they would be present and also recommended me to call ahead of time to ensure they had the item in stock before placing my next order.

Attempted to resolve this for the fourth and final time. I called on the weekend and was promised that the manager would contact me the same day. I’m tired of trying.

I will not be placing an order at this restaurant ever again. It’s a good place when things are going right, but when things aren’t going right, they do not follow through with their promises. I do not trust them anymore. I gave SO MUCH leniency to this restaurant and effort to resolve this for myself when they should have been reaching out to me, and they took advantage of my understanding. If there’s no trust between the customer and the restaurant, there’s literally no room for any type of business.

My recommendations for your business:
1. Get an online system that actually works where you can tell customers whether a food is in stock or if the restaurant itself is closed. OR just completely get rid of your online system so that customers have to call in to order.
2. Refund the money when the service cannot be provided.

Had takeaway from here, I ordered the katsu nembi deopbab.

I love the organizer. Food was SO HOT even after I got home. Honestly, everything was excellent. Their soup is odengtang, not miso — really refreshing, and it complemented the dish so well.

Really glad to see another great lunch option in Redmond. My husband and I shared the katsu nembi deopbab and chadol deopbab and both were flavorful and had generous portions. The meat was really good quality both in quality and quality. It comes with a side of salad, vegetable pickles, kimchi and broth soup in really cute containers. The Deopbabs are by Shaburina which we frequent for dinner. So glad to see they added lunch options!

The restaurant exists within another restaurant. …it will be nice if they clarify this for customers.

I went for lunch and the food is okay. I tried to understand the situation where deopbab was 🙂 …. but the waiter wasn’t helpful. The waiter was selectively friendly… atmosphere was a bit of cold.

I didnt try the hotpot side of dishes… thats their main show.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences as an Uber Eats driver at this restaurant. The wait times are always excessively long, and it’s clear that they don’t value the time of delivery drivers. The lack of respect for our schedules is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their service for both customers and drivers
