I made an online order for the Chipotle Bacon Burger, but the onion tanglers were missing. I spoke to the cashier, who brought the manager over. I had to explain multiple times that an item was missing from my order. I became frustrated, and the manager began glaring at me and insulting me. She didn’t even apologize for messing up my order. There is always poor customer service and a lack of cleanliness surrounding the table and floors.

This was such a disappointing experience. We placed our order at 1 p.m. and had to wait over an hour to get our food. The whole place seemed disorganized — they were losing other people’s tickets, and everything was completely out of order. The staff also had a terrible attitude, openly talking badly about customers and being rude when we asked simple questions. I almost never write reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

This was my first time going to a dennys and I was very impressed! The salad is gigantic and is only $5! The cheese sticks were really good as well. They even make their own ranch. The service was good and the wait was average.

I put in an order for a guacamole chicken burrito with fries. After 30 minutes, they handed me a burrito with just a small amount of chicken, cheese, no guacamole, a giant tortilla that made up 50% of the burrito, and a side of onion rings. The staff was also rude.

the food is good whenever it comes out…this place routinely takes over half an hour to make even the simplest of foods. it makes me wonder what they could be possibly doing in the kitchen that makes it take this long. i’m utterly baffled at the time it takes for them to even make a simple batch of fries. they have to be playing a complete game of chess between each order they make because it makes no sense.
